With the policy promotion,Chinese tourism develops rapidly,the demand for tourism professionals is increasing.However,due to the tourism professional identity and others issues,the problem of the loss of tourism professionals is more and more serious.As an important part of the professional education system,the middle occupation education has a profound impact on the sustainable and healthy development of tourism.The thesis takes the secondary vocational education tourism service students as the research object,analyzes the status and influencing factors of the vocational identity of secondary vocational students to the tourism profession,and puts forward reasonable Suggestions accordingly.First of all,the thesis explored the status of vocational students' tourism professional identity through questionnaire survey and interview.The questionnaire includes four dimensions:self-identity,relational identity,organizational identity and reference group identity.Secondly,factor analysis,variance analysis and other methods are used to study the influencing factors of vocational students' tourism professional identity.The conclusion is as follows.(1)The vocational identity of secondary vocational tourism service students is on the medium low level.In the four dimensions of self-identity,relational identity,organizational identity and reference group identity,The highest level is self-identification.Secondly,organizational identity,relational identity and reference group identity.lt indicates that most secondary vocational students have a high degree of interest and affection in tourism service major and get along well with schools and tourism enterprises.But there are some problems in communicating with other social groups.(2)The influencing factors of the vocational identity of students can be summarized into six aspects:"internship experience","professional emotion","professional identity","career evaluation","career perception" and "career development planning".(3)Different characteristics of demographic attributes also have a certain impact on vocational tourism identity of secondary vocational students.Outstanding performance is professional identity and professional evaluation.The gender difference in student identity is mainly manifested in career perception.Students with different personalities have different identity mainly from two aspects:professional emotion and professional evaluation.The differences of students' identification in different major selection methods are mainly manifested in three aspects:professional identification,career evaluation and career development planning.The difference of students' identity between different family income is mainly manifested in two aspects:professional identity and career evaluation,and the difference of students' identity between different places of residence is mainly manifested in two aspects:internship experience and professional identity.Finally,In view of the problems found in the survey,the following Suggestions are put forward to improve the vocational identity of secondary vocational students.(1)Students should actively improve their professional ability and professional quality;To establish correct professional values of tourism;Be well prepared and actively adapt to role change.(2)Schools should positively and objectively publicize secondary vocational education and tourism service major;Strengthen student employment guidance and career development planning.Strengthen students' psychological construction and cultivate their independent thinking ability.(3)The practice unit should strengthen the practice instruction;Reasonable arrangement of internship content and internship position;Do a good job of internship feedback.(4)The society should understand the medium occupation education and the traveling service specialty correctly;Create a good atmosphere and build up students' confidence.
