Under the influence of western constructivism learning theory,anchored teaching theory based on technology emerges at the historic moment,which provides important enlightenment for China's curriculum and teaching reform,especially for physical education teaching.It advocates that the focus of teachers should be shifted from teachers to students,and the main purpose is to enable students to solve real and complex problems in real situations for classroom learning,help students to solve problems that may be encountered in teaching,and finally realize the transfer of knowledge and skills.For a long time,the traditional teaching of tennis teaching in colleges and universities pays attention to teachers' imparting knowledge to students,but ignores the guidance of learning process.Students passively accept knowledge and lack initiative.By adopting anchored teaching,the advantages of tennis teaching can be brought into play.It not only emphasizes the development of individual physical and mental activities,but also advocates mutual assistance and cooperation between individuals and groups.In the process of anchored instruction practice,college tennis course design can be divided into the establishment situation(anchor),determine the question(anchor),to solve the problem(XieMao),evaluation and summary(anchor)the four parts of teaching,teachers from knowledge "providers" to "partners",students,in the "anchor" the scene through the interactions between teachers and students,cooperation,discussion,exploration mission together.Research mainly adopts the experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,in dalian neusoft institute of information randomly selected two classes of tennis teaching experiment,through a semester of teaching learning situation of students of class two relevant comparison and analysis,the following conclusions:(1)anchored teaching and traditional teaching can promote students' physical quality,but the anchored instruction model more can promote students to achieve the goals of emotion,enhance the level of students' endurance and stimulate students interest in learning,reinforcement learning motivation;(2)anchored teaching mode plays a significantly better role than traditional teaching mode in promoting the skill formation and level improvement of tennis beginners;(3)anchored teaching mode is conducive to making up for the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode and promoting the substantial improvement of teaching effect.Suggestions: teachers should strengthen the pertinence of teaching,actively guide and encourage tennis beginners,reasonably adjust the intensity and difficulty of teaching content,regularly evaluate the growth of students,and pay attention to the in-depth study of anchored teaching.
