With the development of online technology,the instruction of colleges and universities is changing to a blended mode combing traditional classroom teaching and learning into online instruction.At the same time,the function,content and media form of online learning resources are needed in alternative forms.Through literature research and the observation of the course On Instruction Design and Evaluation,it is found that there are problems such as "insufficient learning guidance leads to lower learning quality" and "lack of connection and complementarity between traditional classroom and online learning".Based on constructivism learning theory,humanistic learning theory,scaffolding teaching strategy and multimedia instructional design theory,this study proposes that learner-centered web-based instructional design needs to provide guidance resources for students' autonomous learning,which can not only play a role of teacher guidance like in traditional teaching to a certain extent,but also provide learning for learners' meaning construction and in-depth learning.Based on four types of learning support,namely,teaching support,learning skills support,technical support and peer support,this study proposes a framework for designing learning guidance resources.Taking the course Online Instruction Design and Evaluation as an example,this study designs and develops online learning resources for learning guidance to solve the problems mentioned above.According to the types of learning content in the course of Online Instruction Design and Evaluation,this study design the classification framework of learning guidance resources,and develops guidance resources such as course instructions,unit instructions,technical guidance,independent learning suggestions,homework instructions,FAQ to guide learners' online self-regulated learning.After the application of the resources,a questionnaire was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of students and teachers,and the data of learning behavior were analyzed.It was found that curriculum description and unit description resources arebeneficial for learners to grasp the overall content of learning,leading to the promotion of motivation;homework description resources can guide students to complete their homework better;self-regulated learning suggestion resources can help learners to master learning methods and learning strategies;technology guidance resources properly reduce the learning difficulties caused by technology;FAQ resources help learners in content learning meanwhile eliminate the loneliness of self-regulated online learning.It is also put forward that: for the design of such resources,increasing the interaction of resources,improving the intuition of resource design,optimizing the manifestation of resources,increasing the introduction of resources and reducing the requirements of resource operation,are so important to improve the learning guidance quality in online learning resources design.
