In the face of increasingly profound educational changes,the role of the kindergarten principal has changed from a traditional administrative staff to a “all-rounder” that takes care of all factors,and his professional pressure has also risen sharply.It is necessary to consider the livelihood issues of principals and ensure the steady progress of education quality;it is necessary to seek welfare for the employees of the subordinates,and to build bridges for the parents of the children;it is necessary to pay attention to the top-level design,and not to loosen the trivial details.In the case that the work content is increasing,if the kindergarten principal is still "chasing away" like a gyro every day,it is difficult to escape from the burden of time.In the long run,the body and mind are exhausted and the pressure is multiplied,which will become the development of the whole kindergarten.Depression and hidden dangers.Looking at the past literature,the research on time management in the field of education in China is still in its infancy.At present,students and first-line teachers are the main research groups,and there are only a handful of studies on time management of the principals.In order to become an effective kindergarten leader,it is especially necessary to explore the time management of kindergartens in a targeted manner.This study takes qualitative research as the methodology,and adopts the case study method.Through the purposeful sampling method,three group kindergarten principals are selected as research objects,and they are deeply involved in the three group kindergartens,and comprehensively use interview methods and observation methods.This method collects data and based on the time management theory to describe and analyze how the three principals manage time to promote the improvement of work efficiency,and discusses in detail the three aspects of behavior,characteristics and influencing factors of time management of the principal.Trying to present a true picture of the time management of the principal.Studies have shown that time management of group kindergarten principals includes four kinds of behaviors: time planning behavior,that is,accurate vision,pre-planning;time-allocation behavior,that is,prioritizing important duties,properly allocating energy;time monitoring behavior,that is,smooth organization decision-making,reasonable authorization tasks,system integration documents,explicit rejection of interference;time assessment behavior,that is,normal inspection reflection,know how to share experience.The four behaviors are not mechanically independent,but form an internal interconnected organic cycle.On this basis,this study summarizes the characteristics of time management of group kindergarten principals: forward-looking and realistic,consistency and creativity,instrumentality and humanity,individuality and organization.The causes of time management are analyzed from three aspects: the technical support and policy guidance,the organizational environment of the group kindergarten and the individual characteristics of the director.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes specific measures for effective time management of the director from three aspects: updating time management concept,promoting time consciousness;improving selfmanagement quality,creating time benefit;taking into account subordinate ability training,and establishing time culture.The specific measures of management are trying to make the director really become a fruitful “Housekeeper ”.
