A Study On The Present Situation Of Kindergarten Teachers' Management In Group Running

School teachers are developing internal mechanism of success, effective management of the school to achieve its beneficial organizational goals, while promoting the growth of teachers’ lives. With China’s booming Running Group, Famous Garden pattern of rapid promotion, effective management of preschool teachers is not only related to the survival and development of kindergarten, but also, and the Group’s development is closely related.In this study, the city of Kunming-tiancheng kindergarten as a case study literature, interviews and questionnaires and surveys, to understand the status-tiancheng kindergarten in the city school system teachers Group management.
