As In recent years,with the steady development of social economy and culture in our country,the people' s demand for preschool education is increasing day by day,and preschool education is paid more and more attention.In order to solve a series of problems,such as the constant growth of preschool age children,the shortage of resources for inclusive education,the serious shortage of quality degrees,the shortage of professional teachers,and so on,the collectivization of running schools came into being and developed rapidly.At the same time,the problems in kindergarten management are becoming more nd more prominent,especially the teacher management,which plays an important role in the management.It has become a group kindergarten development Bottleneck.Kindergarten teachers are the internal mechanism for the success of kindergarten development.It is an important factor for the effective management of kindergarten teachers to achieve the goals of school organization.With the rapid development of the collectivization of running schools in our country,the mode of running famous gardens in famous schools has been popularized rapidly.The effective management of kindergarten teachers not only relates to the survival and development of kindergartens,but also affects the development of the group.This study takes the H Kindergarten of W city as a case study,adopts the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and investigation,analyzes the problems of kindergarten teacher management in the group.And combined with the reality of kindergarten,this paper makes a current situation investigation on the five aspects of employment management,educational activity management,training management,assessment and evaluation management,and incentive management.It is found that the management of teachers in H preschool education group in W city exists that the employment of teachers does not focus on the sustainable development of kindergartens;The single way of evaluating the quality of educational activities;There are many kinds of teacher training,but the effect is very little;The purpose of teacher evaluation is utilitarian,and the feedback function of evaluation results is absent;Over-reliance on quantitative assessment management and insufficient material incentives for teachers.The organization and management mechanism of group kindergartens needs to be improved;The quality of group kindergarten managers needs to be improved;Group kindergarten teacher management system is not perfect;Group kindergarten teachers have poor self-learning ability and self-management ability,and so on.They are the reasons that affect the management quality of H preschool education group teachers in W city.To this end,the following measures are recommended:(1)Give full play to the advantages of group kindergarten and promote the development of regional preschool education;(2)All kindergarten members of the group participate in the management,improve the management mechanism and promote the development of each sub park' s characteristics;(3)Group kindergarten managers set up the concept of lifelong learning and improve the quality of management;(4)Group kindergartens improve management system,adhere to people-oriented,improve management level;(5)Group preschool teachers should make unremitting efforts to strengthen self-management.
