Pre-school education fairness is the basic value appeal of the development of pre-sc hool education in China,and must be guaranteed by a balanced pre-school education res ource allocation.Faced with the rapid increase in the number and population of kindergart ens in Shenyang,and the lack of scientific reference for the allocation of preschool educ ation resources in the current urban administrative area,—— the distribution of kinderga rtens in various administrative districts of Shenyang is consistent with the population dist ribution.As a result,the government's advancement of pre-school education equity on the factual level is difficult to conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation.Therefore,based on a large amount of relevant literature,this study presents the current situation of the spatial distribution of preschool education resources in Shenyang,Analyze the status of p reschool education resource allocation in various administrative districts of Shenyang.This study uses GIS as a technical support.Using the natural breakpoint grading method in A rcGIS software,the spatial characteristics of preschool education resource allocation in ei ght administrative districts of Shenyang City are analyzed and presented in a visual way.At the same time,the registered kindergartens in Shenyang were selected to issue questio nnaires and to explore the factors affecting the spatial distribution characteristics of kinde rgartens in Shenyang.Through investigation and analysis,this study has drawn conclusions on the spatial distribution characteristics of kindergartens in Shenyang:1.The overall situation of the spatial distribution of kindergartens in Shenyang and the service pressure of each district(1)The kindergartens in Shenyang City are concentrated in the central city of Sheny ang,and the kindergartens outside the city center are scattered in a group structure.(2)The service pressure in each district is the ratio of the number of permanent res idents in each district to the number of kindergartens in each district.Heping District fac es the situation that the supply of preschool education resources is less than demand,an d the resources of preschool education are the most scarce;while Weinan District faces t he oversupply of preschool education resources.The situation is the most abundant in pr eschool education resources.2.Spatial distribution characteristics of kindergartens in Shenyang City under differe nt demographic variables(1)The number of public parks in Heping District is the largest,and public pre-sch ool education resources are mainly concentrated in the resource-rich old town.(2)The quality pre-school education resources in Heping District,Huanggu District a nd Shenhe District are more abundant than the other five regions,and the quality of pre-school education resources in the central urban area is the most dense.(3)Shenyang City has the largest proportion of small kindergartens and is mainly di stributed in new urban areas outside the central city.(4)The number of kindergartens held by individual citizens in Shenyang is the large st,and the number of kindergartens held by government departments is the least.At the same time,there are also kindergartens with several types of parks in Shenyang.The factors affecting the spatial distribution of kindergartens in Shenyang mainly inc lude the factors of the kindergarten site itself,the surrounding factors of the kindergarten site and the policies of the city(district)on the development of preschool education.In the factors of the kindergarten site itself,the geographical location of the site tends to b e not close to the road.The choice of the newly built construction site of the open spac e mainly selects the land area of the site below 2,700 square meters.Among the factors surrounding the kindergarten site,including the price of the house around the site,the sa lary level of the surrounding residents,education,other kindergartens around the site,tea cher qualifications,surrounding public facilities;In the city(district)policy on the develop ment of preschool education,the administrative support,financial support and business su pport of preschool education.These all affect the spatial distribution of kindergartens in Shenyang.Through further discussion of the above findings,rationalization proposals are prop osed,Early forecast population changes in various districts and reduce service pressure;Th e construction of kindergartens should increase the proportion of public parks and optimi ze the layout of kindergartens;Implement national policies and formulate kindergarten con struction standards according to local conditions;Give full play to the role of the govern ment and the market,and do a good job in the examination and approval and supervisio n;High-quality public parks grouped to run schools to play a role in demonstration;The private parks take the initiative to assume social responsibilities and standardize the con ditions for running the park.
