In recent years,social incidents in which children's rights have been violated have occurred frequently.The protection of children in distress has become a hot topic in society.The government is gradually improving the protection policy for children in distress,and invites people from all walks of life to participate in the practical work of protecting children in distress.Social work plays an important role in the protection of children in difficult situations.This study takes the internship work of the author as an opportunity to enter the Weiyuan County Central Experimental Primary School as a resident social worker to provide services for students.In the process of internship,I was exposed to the difficult child Z,and the preparatory work such as completing the case and establishing professional relationship after the caser became familiar with the case,and collecting the information of the case through observation and multiple interviews with the client,and combining Hu Yueqin and Gan Yiqun's "Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale" found that the client had problems such as low self-confidence and low optimism.Therefore,the author improved from the five aspects of self-confidence,emotional control,goal,family support and interpersonal assistance.The resilience of the client has achieved the effect of helping the self-help.After the completion of the case,the author conducted a process evaluation and a result evaluation of the case service,and found that the case service in this study caused the service effect to be superficial and non-persistent due to the failure of the family's family intervention,etc.Therefore,the author believes that the case service Unsuccessful and flawed.The author summarizes the case service process and draws the following conclusions: 1.The case work has a significant effect on the improvement of the resilience of children in distress.2.The process of interfering with the resilience of children in distress needs to pay attention to the role of the school.3.Intervention in the family is an important part of the improvement and maintenance of the resilience of children in distress.
