With the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,various problems of the distressed children's groups have become increasingly prominent,and this social marginalized group has received increasing attention and attention from the government.Based on the internship experience,this researcher takes the L-town rural distressed children exposed in the internship as the research object,combines the literature research,participation observation and interview methods,and deeply analyzes the current situation and causes of rural children in L town,and tries to use casework.The method involved in the L-town rural distressed children group,and put forward some suggestions for improving the problems encountered in the case work.Firstly,the author describes and analyzes the basic situation of children in rural areas in L Town,Zhongmu County.Secondly,this paper takes the social ecosystem theory as the entry point of analysis,from the micro-system,the meso-system and the macro-system to the rural areas of L town.Analysis of the causes of children in distress.In the micro-system,the impaired physical and mental health of children in rural distress is a direct influencing factor;in the Meso system,the lack of support from the family and school system is the most important influencing factor;in the macro system,Imperfect service system is the rural distressed children.An important factor in trouble.Thirdly,in order to explain the role of case work in rural distressed children's services,this paper selects the project's A1 small month as a case,and uses the professional methods and techniques of case work research to intervene in case.Finally,this paper reflects and summarizes the case practice process,which is mainly divided into reflection on the process of intervention and reflection on the service effect.In the process of intervention,it mainly reflects on the three aspects of social worker specialization,resource acquisition and social worker intervention mode.The following experience is summarized in the process of the case: improve the professional and professional level of social workers,take social workers' values as the guidance,and pay attention to the application of intervention skills.
