The health of left-behind children is an important indicator to measure the welfare of Left-behind children.Drinking water,as an important part of a balanced diet,is closely related to health.In recent years,water pollution incidents occur frequently.Compared with water pollution,people's awareness of healthy drinking water is weak and lack of correct understanding of healthy drinking water is more worrying.As the key stage of behavior habit formation,adolescents should pay more attention to the cultivation of healthy drinking consciousness and cognitive education of healthy drinking water.Therefore,we need to give urgent attention to the healthy drinking water of Left-behind children,which is of great significance to the healthy growth of Left-behind children.Taking T village of L city in Gansu Province as an example,this study investigated the current situation and problems of healthy drinking water of left-behind children in this area by using interview and questionnaire,and analyzed the influencing factors.According to the results of the survey,based on social cognitive theory and social learning theory,the author used group work method to screen out 10 team members for intervention services.In the course of the group,we should make full use of the skills of individual cognition and behavior change in social cognitive theory to guide the left-behind children to gradually enhance their awareness of healthy drinking water on the basis of mastering the knowledge of healthy drinking water,so as to promote the formation of their good drinking behavior habits.The assessment found that there were positive changes in the cognitive and behavioral aspects of healthy drinking water among the team members,which contributed to their healthy growth.At the same time,it is found that the intervention of group work in healthy drinking water education for left-behind children in rural areas is effective for raising their awareness of healthy drinking water,mastering their knowledge of healthy drinking water and forming good drinking habits.
