| The short slab of basic education in our country lies in the countryside,while the short slab of rural basic education also lies in teachers.Therefore,in order to make up for the short slab of the rural basic education,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers in rural basic education.Meanwhile,the construction of teachers code of morality in rural primary schools is related to the development of morality and the quality of students in rural primary schools in our country,and also related to the quality of basic education.Therefore,the improvement of the construction of teachers code of morality in rural primary schools is conducive to enhance the quality of education in rural primary schools,thus promoting the balanced development of primary education in urban and rural area and promoting the development of basic education.However,in sorting out the current research on the construction of rural teachers,the author finds that researchers generally pay attention to the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills of rural primary school teachers,and neglect the construction of professional affective(teachers code of morality).Therefore,in order to improve the overall quality of teachers in rural primary schools,it is an inevitable choice to strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics in rural primary schools.This study takes the principals and teachers of some rural primary schools in C County of Gansu Province as the research objects.Mainly using the methods of documentation and investigation,this paper focuses on the current situation of the construction of teachers code of morality in rural primary schools from the aspects of principals’ leadership consciousness and ways in the construction of teachers code of morality,the situation and status in the construction of teachers code of morality,the guarantee mechanism of schools in the construction of teachers code of morality and the humanistic environment.The research results show that some principals and teachers have relatively one-sided ideological understanding,some principals lack moral leadership,some teachers are on the verge of construction,and schools lack effective guarantee mechanism,which are the four main problems in the construction of teachers code of morality in rural primary schools.At the same time,it is very important influencing factor for the dislocation of the core values of principals and teachers,the restriction of the leadership system,and the lack of humanistic environment are important influencing factors.Based on the above problems and causes,the researchers put forward the following countermeasures and approaches: Firstly,improving the value identity of principals and teachers;Secondly,adhere to the teacher-oriented,pay attention to the moral leadership;Thirdly,establish a harmonious humanistic environment and create a good atmosphere for the construction of teachers code of morality;Finally,Optimizing the Mechanism of Teachers’ Morality and Implementing Construction Work. |
