Under the guidance of inter-subjectivity theory,the discourse conversion of teachers in Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities is dynamic,innovative and full of humanistic concern.It relates to the relationship between the two participants in teaching activities,promotes the equal interaction between teachers and students,and greatly improves the effectiveness of Ideological and political education discourse.In the development of Ideological and political education discourse construction,China has accumulated a lot of positive experience,which is worthy of our inheritance and promotion,but at the same time,it will inevitably encounter problems because of the change of internal or contextual factors.How to face up to these problems and analyze the causes of these problems is the most important task in the current discourse construction work.On the basis of summarizing and drawing lessons from the inter-subjectivity theory and the achievements of Ideological and political education discourse,this study conducts an empirical investigation and research,mainly from three parts to explore the current problems.In the first part,the basic theory of inter-subjectivity and ideological and political education discourse is summarized.This paper clarifies the relevant concepts of the two,summarizes the theoretical basis of Ideological and political education teachers' discourse conversion under inter-subjectivity,and then analyses the basic relationship between them,that is,inter-subjectivity theory guides the direction of Ideological and political education discourse conversion,and ideological and political education discourse uses inter-subjectivity theory to achieve conversion.The second part explores the basic experience and existing problems of teachers' discourse in Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities.Through literature research and empirical investigation,we can see that the problems mainly concentrate on three aspects: discourse idea,discourse transmission mode and discourse content,and further analyze the reasons behind these problems.The third part discusses the strategies of Ideological and political education discourse conversion under inter-subjectivity.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures,starting from the three aspects of the analysis,to carry out direct discourse conversion,and from the perspective of inter-subjectivity elements,teachers need to take the initiative to upgrade,and as one of the discourse contexts,the network platform should also be optimized.
