Ideological and Political Theory Course(hereinafter referred to as ideological and political course)is the key course to implement the basic task of moral education.The quality of the discourse system in Ideological and political education is directly related to whether the ideological and political course can adhere to the correct guidance of Marx theory,consolidate Marx's ideological discourse power,and whether it can use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to cast soul and educate people,and it directly affects the teaching effectiveness and goal realization of Ideological and political courses.Meanwhile,as a part of the discourse system of philosophy and Social Sciences,the construction of the discourse system of Ideological and political courses also affects the overall construction and innovative development of the discourse system of philosophy and social sciences.At present,the international environment is complex and changeable,various domestic social thoughts are surging,and the network information technology is changing with each passing day,which makes the construction of Ideological and political course and political courses in colleges and universities.To explore the basic problems of this thesis,we must first analyze the relevant concepts.The discourse system of Ideological and political course refers to the organic whole of the language symbol system and its expression mode that the discourse subject,guides the students with Marxism theory and the ideology,political viewpoint,moral standard and legal concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In short,it is to solve the problem of "what to say" and "how to say".The discourse system of Ideological and political course is composed of discourse subject,discourse context,discourse content,discourse form and other basic elements,which can be operated through three processes:discourse generation,discourse transformation and discourse communication.Its components and operation process present the whole internal logic.It bears the functions of political guidance,value guidance and knowledge conservation,and presents the distinct characteristics of scientificity,ideology,politics,integrity and discipline.In terms of the theoretical basis for the construction,Marx and Engels laid the theoretical foundation from the theoretical guidance from strengthening ideological leadership,integrating theory with practice,attaching importance to propaganda and agitation,attaching importance to the art of discourse,strengthening and improving ideological and political courses.At the same time,language philosophy theory,discourse power theory,discourse communication theory,teaching discourse theory and communication theory provide an important theoretical basis for the construction of the discourse system of Ideological and political courses.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,the construction of the discourse system of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities has experienced the historical evolution process of initial establishment,initial sinicization,restoration and reconstruction,initial development,standardization and development,scientific development,innovation and development.This paper reviews the historical background,the development and changes of the historical background,educational policy,curriculum and discourse content,and summarizes the historical experience:to strengthen the leadership of the party is the guarantee,to grasp the target orientation is the core,to innovate the theory of the party is the driving force,and then to extract three basic laws:the generation law of derived from the times and Sinicization of Marxism,and the development of Marxist theory discipline lay a solid foundation.However,globalization,social transformation and informatization wave have greatly impacted and challenged the discourse system of Ideological and political courses.Meanwhile,there are some problems in the discourse system of Ideological and political courses,such as the lag of discourse ideas,the defect of elements of the discourse system,and the poor operation of the discourse system.There are two ways to construct.One is the level of "reason".First of all,set up the correct values:adhere to the unity of student subjectivity and teacher leadership;realize equal dialogue between teachers and students;pay attention to the daily life world.Secondly,we should maintain the leadership of the party as the political orientation,adhere to the guiding position of Marxism as the theoretical orientation,and strengthen the leading role of the socialist core values as the value orientation,so as to achieve the goal of strengthening the dominant power of Marxist Discourse and cultivating new people who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.The second is the level of "road".We should promote the optimization of the basic elements and the perfection of the operation process.The basic elements of the discourse system can be optimized by improving and balancing the discourse content,improving the discourse literacy of the subject,creating and optimizing the discourse context,and enriching and improving the discourse form.By promoting the effective transformation of discourse,enhancing the effectiveness of discourse communication,and establishing the evaluation mechanism of discourse effectiveness,we can improve the operation process of the discourse system,so as to promote the overall improvement of the discourse system of Ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
