Application Of Painting Therapy Based On Core Accomplishment In Art Class Of Junior Middle School

Painting therapy has been proved to be an effective way of mental health construction by domestic and foreign research.In the era of big data,contemporary students are exposed to an explosive increase in things and information.In addition to the influence of family and school on students,the influence of society on students' physical and mental health development is also gradually increasing.In the curriculum reform,the state pays special attention to the development of students' mental health and applies it in the combination of subject teaching and school education.The author believes that the combination of painting therapy and art education in schools is of great significance to the development of adolescent students' personality and the improvement of their healthy psychology.This paper expounds the background and concepts related to painting therapy,and analyzes the feasibility of integrating painting therapy into the art class of junior high school according to the effective theoretical basis.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of art education and students' mental health in the middle school,it is believed that it is necessary to introduce painting therapy into the art class of middle school.Second,during the classroom teaching experiment group study,comparative and students before and after the test result of SAS,SDS,self-test scale,verify the painting in the treatment of children with adolescent emotional catharsis,interpersonal,and self-awareness of junior middle school students have a certain role,students enthusiasm in art class in the future have also been improved.Finally,through the practical research process of intervention teaching reflection,the solution to the problem,the future prospect of painting therapy is described.
