In the context of digital media,the pace of people's lives is accelerating,and the pressure of life is increasing day by day.The country's demand for talents who can adapt to social development has increased,so students who are the hopes of the motherland in the future are pinned on high hopes and are under great pressure.This pressure comes from schools,teachers,parents,classmates,self and other aspects,if these aspects are not adjusted well,it will seriously affect the physical and mental health development of students.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to students' mental health problems,and strongly emphasized the need to attach importance to students' physical and mental health and cultivate students' sound personality.The meaning of life lies in the wisdom and happiness of life,then education should guide people in this direction.Therefore,the integration of painting therapy into the teaching of fine arts has a positive significance for the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.This project aims to integrate painting therapy into art teaching,according to the traditional Chinese principle of "moderation",under the curriculum sub-objectives set by the compulsory education art curriculum standards,the students' "room,tree,people" test results and the students' questionnaire survey results are combined,and the painting therapy course suitable for junior high school students is designed,and the students are intervened to help students channel their personal mental health problems,so that students can live a healthy and happy life.In the study,it was found that the current research on painting therapy is mostly applied to medicine and psychology,specifically for the treatment of individuals or groups with problems,and less applied to school classroom teaching,so it was decided to implement it in two classes of the first grade of the affiliated middle school of Yan'an University.The paper consists of four parts.The first part is an introduction,which contains five aspects: the origin of research,the meaning and purpose of research,and the research method and content.The second part discusses in detail the concept and development process of painting therapy,providing a solid theoretical basis for the writing of the paper.The third part mainly discusses the role of painting therapy in junior high school art education,and discusses the impact of painting therapy on students,teachers,and art education,so as to prove that the integration of painting therapy into art teaching has a positive impact.The fourth part is the practice part,which is divided into distributing questionnaires,conducting the House Tree People Test,designing an art course integrated into the painting therapy,and finally analyzing and summarizing the results of the classroom practice,and concluding that the integration of painting therapy into the art course has a positive significance.Finally,the whole paper is summarized,and the shortcomings existing in the whole implementation process are deeply explored,and the teaching behavior is reflected.
