China's basic education has problems such as uneven urban-rural development and disparity between the east and the west.In view of the structural shortages in rural basic education,and the serious loss of students.In recent years,the policy of public funds for the training of rural primary school teachers has taken shape and was first implemented in Hunan Province.In 2013,Chongqing officially started the recruitment of the first primary school full-time teachers.By consulting the literature,it is found that scholars have more research on the construction of training models and curriculum in primary school teachers,but there is little research on the professional literacy of primary school teachers.To this end,I conducted a survey on the status quo of the general education of the primary school teachers in Chongqing,and put forward suggestions for training countermeasures.This study takes the concept of whole person education,teacher professional development theory and lifelong education theory as the theoretical basis.From the three dimensions of the elementary school teachers' professional philosophy and teacher morality,professional knowledge and professional ability,the whole school is trained in Chongqing.252 teachers from the five municipalities of the city who have graduated from the university have conducted a questionnaire survey.The difference between primary education and traditional primary education from the general curriculum,the core knowledge and skills of primary school teachers,and primary schools.The quality of the graduates of the whole-school teachers and the countermeasures to improve the professional quality of the primary school teachers have carried out individual interviews with the five college teachers who have undertaken the teaching tasks of the primary school curriculum.They have a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the professional quality of the primary school teachers.I found the main problems in the paper,and analyzed the reasons for the existence of the problems with the interview content,and put forward some suggestions for improving the professional quality of the primary school teachers.The survey results of the professional literacy of the primary school teachers in Chongqing showed that the professional literacy of the primary school teachers is generally in good condition;the professional concept and the teacher's morality are excellent,but the understanding of professional understanding and understanding is not comprehensive;the subject expertise The overall performance is poor,mainly reflected in the fact that the subject professional knowledge that it possesses cannot fully meet the requirements of educational development;the professional ability of teachers is good,but the ability of education and teaching design and organizational management is weak.According to the main problems of the professional quality of the primary school teachers,the corresponding reasons were analyzed.Mainly in the following aspects: Primary school general teacher training colleges and universities in the training system for the content of professional understanding and understanding,but the degree of attention is not enough;primary school teachers for the "teacher" professional understanding and understanding is not enough,there is its own The limitations of thoughts;the educational background for the training of primary school teachers is usually a general course of education,psychology,etc.,rather than a single subject background;subject learning tasks are heavy,and the trainee time is less.Training colleges and universities lack of targeted training;lack of long-term implementation platform,lack of long-term training in the front line of teaching.The primary school general teacher training process is a systematic project.According to the actual needs of the rural primary school teachers,the scientific design and training program should be scientifically implemented,the training process should be accurately implemented,and the depth of the course and the breadth of the content should be reasonably set,with special emphasis on the cultivation of students' practical ability.Pay attention to the education and training of rural feelings.Based on the main problems found in the survey,this study has improved the countermeasures for the professional quality training of primary school teachers: colleges and universities should optimize the professional compulsory courses to enhance students' professional understanding and understanding;should regularly organize rural education research to deepen students' education in rural areas.The understanding of the preferred professional curriculum teachers,enrich the students' knowledge of the relevant subjects in the primary school;pay more attention to the teaching practice activities,encourage students to accumulate relevant teaching experience;the teachers should be flexible and diverse to arrange homework,cultivate students' basic subject teaching ability;the school should build teaching for students The competition platform strives to improve students' comprehensive teaching literacy;perfect training programs,encourage students to try trial teaching,and continuously strengthen students' classroom teaching skills.
