With the deep integration of information technology and education,Chinese education informatization has also begun to move towards a new era of "education informatization 2.0".As an inevitable trend of the future educational development,information-based teaching also poses a new challenge to teachers' information-based literacy.Teachers,as practitioners of information-based teaching,information-based teaching and research activities are the basis for teachers to prepare and implement information-based teaching.At present,the existing research on teaching and research literacy is more theoretical and far from the front-line teaching practice,while the research on the information teaching and research literacy of primary school teachers is rarely mentioned.Therefore,this research through the combing and draw lessons from the research staff of the research accomplishment and ability of teachers' information technology teaching related research results,with empirical research method,establish the teacher informatization research accomplishment preliminary theoretical system,combined with the actual of elementary school teachers' information research literacy development,put forward the reasonable strategy to enhance the informationization teaching primary school teachers.Firstly,this paper expounds the background of teacher information research accomplishment and the theoretical value and practical significance,has carried on the combing to the current domestic and international related research and literature and summarized,and on the basis of the research,the research accomplishment and the informationization teaching literacy concepts clear,puts forward the concept of teachers' information technology research accomplishment.Secondly,under the guidance of theories such as Learning environment theory,Information technology and curriculum integration theory,and Information-based theory of teacher professional development stage,the author makes assumptions on the quality elements of teachers' information-based teaching and research accomplishment and the key links of teachers' information-based teaching and research implementation through literature review,and preliminarily established the information-based teaching and research literacy system of teachers and completed the circular correction.The system contains the executive motive of teachers to carry out informationized teaching and research,and the six links of carrying out informationized teaching and research activities are as follows:clarifying the concept?Method research?Resource research?Behavior regulation?Effect reflection ? Evaluation and research,as well as the implementation of information-based teaching and research of the four essential literacy elements:information-based teaching theory research?Research ability of informationization teaching practice?Reflection on innovation in informationized teaching?Information collective teaching and research cooperation.Then,a questionnaire was designed according to the system,some primary school teachers in Linyi were selected,and the status quo of teachers' information-based teaching and research literacy was investigated and data analysis was completed by means of questionnaire and interview.Finally,the results of the survey show that the primary school teachers' information technology research quality still exist many problems,in view of the problems,put forward improvement strategies from the level of teachers,schools and resources,in order to through the joint efforts of society,school,principals and teachers improve primary school teachers' information technology research quality,so as to ensure the smooth realization of the school information technology teaching development goals.
