With the acceleration of the aging process of the population and the rapid development of urbanization,the rural young and middle-aged labor force flows to the city.In this context,a large number of rural left-behind elderly are produced,and the number is increasing.The elderly are vulnerable groups in the society,and the old-age care problem is a problem that should be generally paid attention to in today's society.However,the old-age care problem faced by the left-behind elderly in rural areas is more severe and needs more attention.The problem of old-age care for the rural left-behind elderly is of great significance to the harmony and stability of the rural society and the smooth realization of building a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper by maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,theory of social support,intergenerational exchange theory as a foundation,draw lessons from existing research results,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview,etc.,based on the reality of guo's home town and the town of rural left-behind elderly pension status,objectively analyses the guo home town rural left-behind elderly in the economy,life care,health care situation and situation of spiritual and cultural life,the rights and interests protection situation of endowment the status quo,and on the basis of analysis of the rural left-behind elderly endowment the problems existing in the process.Based on the analysis of the above cases and relevant literature,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions for the pension problems of the rural left-behind elderly,so as to promote the better solution of the pension problems of the rural left-behind elderly.The research results show that the current pension problems of the rural left-behind elderly are mainly reflected in the following aspects: in terms of economic support,the rural left-behind elderly have a single economic source,small and unstable income,lack of stable economic life security,and generally low quality of life;In terms of daily life care,due to the absence of children,the left-behind elderly people in rural areas are generally in the situation of insufficient care,and the inter-generational care of the left-behind elderly people aggravates the difficult plight of life;In terms of health care,left-behind elderly people have problems such as poor health conditions,insufficient attention to their own health management,and low quality and level of grassroots medical services.In terms of spiritual and cultural life,the children of left-behind elderly people in rural areas have been working outside for a long time.Therefore,left-behind elderly people usually spend their leisure time by going to houses,chatting and watching TV,which makes their spiritual and cultural life monotonous and lack comfort.In terms of rights and interests protection,the left-behind elderly in rural areas have problems such as weak awareness of rights and interests protection.In view of the outstanding problems in rural left-behind elderly care,combined with the actual situation of case analysis,the specific measures to solve the problem of rural left-behind elderly care mainly include the development of elderly human resources,increase the employment opportunities of healthy young left-behind elderly;Increase the economic income of the left-behind elderly,improve the quality of life;Improve the living standard of care,further improve the family pension model;To promote the integration of rural medical and nursing care,improve the quality and level of medical services;Enrich spiritual and cultural life and strengthen the spiritual care for the left-behind elderly;We will protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly and raise their awareness of the rights and interests of left-behind elderly people.
