With the constant quickening of the urbanization process of our country, the Surplus rural labor force will shift to the city massively, and the team will be huger and huger. The social structure of the "two yuan" in urban and rural areas which has been existing in our country for a long time and system reform lagging behind relatively leads to the fact that a lot of peasants going downtown to work can’t bring their children into the town to live, go to school,so the "left-behind" children phenomenon appears. And these children are in an crucial age in their socialized process, being influenced by their going-out parents and other factors, their socialization can’t go on normally, their psychological or physiological growth faces series of problems.Based on the questionnaire survey, case interviews as the main research methods, the introduction including the backgrounds, purposes and reviews of the research.The first chapter discusses the situation of the "left-behind"children of Shuanglongzhen village in BayanTara countryside in Zhalute banner. The main problems of "left-behind"children are expounded from three aspects of life, family, learning and phycology. And analysis the causes of "left-behind"children in rural areas. The cause analysis include institutional reasons, school reasons and social reasons and so on.The second chapter discusses how to start from the perspective of social work to solve the problems of "left-behind" children in rural areas and refers some related measures and suggestions.
