Reform and opening brings the China’s rapid economic development, especially the transition of rapid development. Economic development will inevitably bring about large-scale population movement, and migrant rural youth is the main form. The main performance is that rural young labor force in central and western region of lagging provinces flow along the southeast coast and other cities, resulting in the formation of large special groups of left-behind children.With the accelerating process of urbanization, migrant workers will continue to increase, and the size of left-behind children will continue to expand. Now, most experts and social workers to reach a consensus on one thing that is large-scale left-behind children becomes society problem, no longer an area, a school, a family problem. The solution to the problem needs school, family, community work together to build the education of rural left-behind children in regulatory mechanism, to create a healthy growth social environment, and to solve the problem.The author go deep into many towns in Northern Anhui to understand real life situation of left-behind children through questionnaires、forum, psychological testing、living together and so on. It analyzes the responsibility that the family, community, schools and government assume, and tries to propose solutions to this problem.This first part of the thesis to define the concept of left-behind children, and analyze the left-behind children currently living conditions, the type of care, family life analysis. The second part focuses on the all kinds of problems in education of left behind children, such as bad personal safety, poor learning, moral and psychological problems. The third part begins with Dual economic structure, and analyzes the family, school, government, society and many other reasons. The fourth part proposes solutions and suggestions, tries to establish the government, family, school, community four in one mode of settlement for government decision-making and reference experts.
