Design And Implementation Of Learning Platform Based On Crowdsourcing

With the development and popularization of the Internet,the traditional education model has undergone tremendous changes.Various learning platforms have emerged one after another,which has become one of the important channels for students to obtain learning materials and answer questions and puzzles.However,the existing learning platforms generally employ fixed employees or publicly solicit answers from the public to answer students' questions.Employees can't answer the questions in time when the number of questions is large,while publicly soliciting answers from the public can't guarantee the accuracy of the answers;and most platforms provide learning materials from users' upload or online reprint,lacking of them.The examination and management of learning materials lead to the uneven quality of learning materials.In recent years,the development of the Internet has promoted the research and application of crowdsourcing.Enterprises or individuals adopt crowdsourcing mode to recruit qualified temporary Internet workers to complete the work that should be done by specific employees,breaking the original mode of employing employees to complete the work,making full use of the wisdom and ability of the Internet public.At present,crowdsourcing mode has been applied to various practical scenarios.For example,drip taxi,take-out distribution,etc.Therefore,this paper proposes to use the flexibility,low cost and controllable quality of crowdsourcing to solve the problems existing in the existing learning platforms,such as the difficulty in answering students' diverse questions in a timely manner,the inaccuracy of answers,and the uneven quality of learning materials due to lack of auditing and management.Based on the above background,this paper proposes a learning guidance platform based on crowdsourcing model,which can provide timely answers to personalized questions posed by primary and secondary school students,provide reliable learning materials,and establish a learning demand model based on user behavior data such as questioning records and learning materials query records,and recommend personalized learning materials.In addition to student users,the user roles of the system also include respondents,auditors and administrators.The respondents and auditors recruit Internet workers for the platform.The respondents are responsible for answering students' questions.The auditors are responsible for auditing students'questions and sharing learning materials with users.They earn commissions by completing the platform work.The administrators are responsible for the operation of the platform,discovering and implementing the platform.Repair the existing problems in the system,receive user feedback,and protect the rights and interests of users.The platform embeds the quality control strategy in crowdsourcing field.It establishes a quality evaluation model based on the data of time spent by respondents and auditors in completing their work,activity and evaluation received.When the platform receives users' questions or uploaded learning materials,it adopts a specific crowdsourcing task recommendation algorithm to match the most suitable set of respondents or auditors according to the constraints of time and quality,to ensure the timeliness of answers,the accuracy of answers and the quality of learning materials.This system realizes three business processes:learning guidance,problem-solving and learning material sharing.It completes the development of the functional modules of problem-solving and solution,learning material query,learning material recommendation,learning material sharing,popular learning material collection and user management.Besides,the task recommendation algorithm in crowdsourcing field and the quality evaluation model of crowdsourcing workers are studied and implemented to make it applicable to the business logic of the system and solve the existing problems of the platform by crowdsourcing mode.Compared with the existing learning platform,the system provides more timely answers to students'questions,more guaranteed answers and higher quality learning materials.
