In recent years,the fulfillment of the duty of teachers' attention obligations of early childhood's safety has become a hot topic in the field of educational law.A comprehensive and in-depth study of the current situation of the performance of the duty of teachers' attention obligations of early childhood's safety will help find out the reasons affecting the performance of the duty,and promote the teachers to more effectively maintain the safety of children.It is of great significance for improving the prevention and control system of children's safety risks,clarifying the code of conduct of preschool teachers,building a safe growth environment for children,and improving relevant laws and regulations.Based on the existing research results,this paper adopts the methods of interview,case study,literature review and questionnaire survey to focus on the following four questions:Firstly,the confirmation of kindergarten teachers' duty of safety care.Based on the particularity of kindergarten teachers' education objects and the need of education development,the duty of safety attention of kindergarten teachers is divided into three parts: the duty of safety prevention and warning in advance,the duty of supervision in the event,and the duty of assistance after the event.It also defines the limits of the performance of the duty of care from three aspects: the content limits,the time and space limits,and the degree limits.Secondly,the status quo of the performance of the duty of care of early childhood safety teachers.The content,space and limit of the duty of care of early childhood safety teachers are analyzed.From the perspective of content analysis,it is found that the fulfillment of the duty of care of early childhood safety teachers mainly occurs in the links of curriculum teaching,games and entertainment,collective activities and diet and rest.From the perspective of space,it is found that the space for teachers to fulfill their duty of care for safety is relatively concentrated.From the perspective of time analysis,it is found that the time points when preschool teachers perform the duty of safety attention are more frequently concentrated in the period of game activities.Thirdly,the analysis of the influencing factors of early childhood safety teachers' duty of care.The influencing factors of the duty of care of early childhood safetyteachers can be divided into three aspects: first,the factors of laws and regulations and codes of conduct;second,the cognitive level and attention level of early childhood safety teachers themselves;third,the external supervision and management system of the performance of the duty of care of early childhood safety teachers.Fourthly,Suggestions on strategies to promote the implementation of teachers' duty of care for early childhood safety.At the level of laws and regulations,the legislative body should perfect the laws and regulations on the performance of teachers' duty of care and establish the standard of behavior norms for teachers to perform the duty of care.At the level of teachers,preschool teachers should improve their ability to perform the duty of safety care and their psychological cognition of the duty of safety care.At the family level,family members need to master the level of children's safety awareness and self-protection ability through normal family education.Parents should actively participate in the supervision of kindergarten safety work and establish a good home-school cooperative safety supervision mechanism.At the level of social supervision and management system,the social supervision and management system should build a supervision and management system with multi-party cooperation and participation,and improve the evaluation mechanism of teachers' performance of duty of care for safety.
