Accidental injury is a major problem that threatens children’s life and quality of life in twenty-first Century,Preschool children are physically active, but their abilities of coordination and quick respond are not enough;Their desire for behavior learning is strong, but their sense of danger is poor, and all parts of the body are young. All these determines that preschool children are relatively vulnerable to accidental injuries. For preschool children, parents and teachers are their main regulators and educators, and are also the main founders of their living environment. They shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the health and safety of preschool children. Therefore, based on the status of the preschool children’s unintentional injuries and their caregivers’ literacy, the author investigates the caregivers of preschool children through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.According to the survey, the conclusions can be drawn as follows:1)The situation of preschool children’s unintentional injuries is not optimistic.2)preschool children caregivers have knowledge and ability to separate.3)preschool children’s safety education is on the surface.4)parents are relatively passive in their kindergarten-family cooperation, and the form of cooperation is single.Based on the above conclusions, the following recommendations are put forward:1)improve the safety education ability of caregivers, and promote the development of safety education from "speaking" to "doing".2)improve the safety awareness of preschool children’s caregivers, and strengthen the study of safety emergency treatment.3)enhance the interaction of kindergarten-family cooperation and enrich the form of it.
