China has entered a new stage,the majestic development of the tourism industry for the demand for technical skills is becoming more and more urgent;At the same time,with the convening of the National Education Conference and the "National Vocational Education Reform implementation Plan" and many other policy documents,tourism professional courses have become the "hot spot" of vocational education schools.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching,case teaching can combine theory with practice,enliven the classroom atmosphere,make the cold knowledge vivid and interesting,promote the students to absorb and accept the knowledge points,and change "want me to learn" into "I want to learn".Therefore,how to design a successful classroom teaching case has become the common expectation of the first-line secondary vocational tourism teachers.In this thesis,the teaching case design of tourism specialty in secondary vocational school is studied,and the relevant materials and literature are used to complete the stud y,starting from the aspects of principle,method,process,application and so on.It provi des a certain reference for improving the teaching case design level of tourism specialty in secondary vocational schools.The first chapter is the introduction,which clarifies the background and significance,purpose and content,methods and ideas,literature review at home and abroad and the definition of the core concepts.Its domestic literature revie w mainly from the implementation process,case selection,existing problems and count ermeasures;The second chapter is the research basis of this paper,the theoretical basis mainly includes transfer theory,reflective teaching theory and information processing th eory,and the practical basis includes the investigation of students and the interview of t eachers;The third chapter is in the research theory foundation and the investigation inte rview result,obtains the teaching case design principle,the method,the compilation flo w and so on several aspects content;The fourth chapter takes the parts of several chapte rs and sections of the Food and Beverage Service and Management published by the higher Education Society as an example,designs the teaching case for it,and obtains the re flection and improvement of the teaching case design.The fifth chapter mainly summari zes the full text and points out the problems that need to be further explored and studied in the future.Case teaching has become the "new favorite" of secondary vocational education,a nd it has a unique value in the field of teacher education.It can promote the continuous i mprovement of students' practical reflection ability and the emergence of teacher-studen t learning community,and open up a new field of vision for the field of vocational educ ation in contemporary China.
