Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Drifting Movement In Jiangxi Province

As one of the water sports,the drifting movement has become a tool for modern people to integrate into nature and challenge nature with its unique form of sports.The rafting movement is loved by the majority of its people for its unique characteristics.In recent years,it has rapidly gained popularity around the world.Jiangxi has a unique natural advantage in the development of drifting sports.Due to the combination of sports and tourism in recent years,the drifting sports market has developed rapidly in Jiangxi.The author's investigation found that although many large and small rafting spots have been formed in Jiangxi,there is no unified operational standard.There are still some problems in the actual operation process that need to be further resolved.Therefore,how to further solve the problems existing in the actual operation of the drifting sports scenic spots in Jiangxi Province,it is particularly important to realize the healthy and orderly development of drifting sports.This paper uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method and other major research methods to conduct an in-depth investigation on the actual development of the drifting movements in six rafting scenic spots in Jiangxi Province,and to investigate and study The problems found in the paper suggest some solutions and suggestions.The results of the study are as follows:1 The rafting sports scenic spot in Jiangxi Province has fully utilized the advantages of local natural resources and achieved good market economic benefits.At the same time,there have also been a series of problems.For example,in terms of management,due to the different approval departments,the major rafting sports scenic spots are uneven in terms of slope,water volume,drop,water quality,etc.,resulting in fierce market competition.The phenomenon of homogenization management is difficult to achieve rational and effective use of resources to a certain extent.2 From the perspective of the overall distribution of tourists,the ratio of male to female is basically the same,with a majority of undergraduate education and below,mainly young people.The occupational level is in a diversified state,with mediumincome.Visitors mainly focus on other areas except the city and county,and learn about drifting sports information through online channels.Mostly for the first time by self-driving or traveling with a sightseeing car and friends or family,the time spent in the scenic area is relatively short.3 Although Jiangxi has the unique natural resource advantage of developing drifting movement,in the actual development and operation process,there has been a phenomenon of unilateral pursuit of economic benefits and neglect of environmental protection.For example,environmental protection measures are not appropriate,the water quality of drifting is not up to standard,and the waste and garbage generated during the drifting process cannot be cleaned up in time.This is not conducive to environmental protection,but also brings unpleasant emotional experience to tourists,but it is impossible to achieve The orderly development and reasonable protection of the scenic ecosystem.4 Although the infrastructure of the major scenic spots in Jiangxi Province has a certain scale,there is still a lot of room for improvement.For example,tourists generally reflect that the supermarkets and shopping areas in the scenic area are too few,the seating area is too small,and the parking space can not meet the parking demand;for example,in addition to drifting in the scenic spot,there is almost no other entertainment.These problems are important issues that need to be solved in the scenic spot.5 Due to the imperfection of the relevant management system,it is difficult for the drifting sports scenic spot to be implemented in accordance with relevant standards,and it is true that there are laws to follow and laws to follow.Some drifting sports scenic spots necessary for drifting sports facilities,drifting first aid equipment,and emergency rescue stations are not perfect.It is difficult to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents and the handling of safety accidents during the drifting process.6 At present,most of the employees in the rafting sports area in Jiangxi Province are mainly from local villagers.The selection methods and employment conditions are relatively simple,and there is no scientific and systematic training,so it is difficult to provide high-quality and professional services.This will greatly reduce the satisfaction of tourists and also pose hidden dangers for various disputes and potential security incidents.7 The staff of the rafting sports scenic spot in Jiangxi Province generally reported that their wages were low.The monthly income of ordinary staff in individual rafting sports scenic spots was even lower than the local average income level,resulting inlow enthusiasm for employees.How to effectively improve the treatment of employees is an urgent problem for enterprises in the scenic area.8 The rafting sports scenic spots in Jiangxi Province have limited reception capacity.In the actual operation process,the service products provided to tourists are too single,basically based on drifting.This has caused tourists to “have no money to spend flowers”.Therefore,it is difficult for tourists to make secondary consumption to realize the value-added income of the scenic spot.
