Micro-course is a time-sensitive teaching method widely used in many countries.It has significant timeliness in helping students to achieve exploratory learning in the network environment,improve students' self-learning ability and academic achievement,and improve the application ability of teachers' modern technology.It is widely used in student-centered,teacher-led teaching practice.This study uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the research status of micro-courses,deeply analyze the concept of micro-course and the corresponding theoretical basis,and design a special yoga micro-class to carry out In the teaching experiment,the yoga theory knowledge questionnaire was distributed to the students in the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.The experimental group used the micro-teaching and the control group to teach the traditional model.After the experiment,the two groups of students were given a yoga theory knowledge questionnaire again,and the students in the experimental group were given a yoga micro-class effect evaluation questionnaire.Finally,the two groups of students' yoga theory total scores and the results of the body technical evaluations are statistically analyzed.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)From the theoretical basis of constructivism,humanism,mobile learning and micro-learning,the design of yoga micro-classes breaks the order and ideas of traditional teaching with the basic principles of discipline orientation,unit exquisiteness,open interaction and visual aesthetics.The design of the lesson lays the theoretical foundation.(2)The yoga micro-class design model is based on several aspects such as pre-analysis,target system,content design,and video script design,and records the micro-course video suitable for yoga courses.It enriches the teaching methods of yoga classes in colleges and universities,and provides reference for yoga teaching practice.(3)According to the application of micro-courses in teaching,the yoga theory micro-course adopts the mode of students' self-learning after school hours,and the yoga practice micro-course adopts the mode of combining classroom teaching.These two modes allow teachers to use micro-courses to assist classroom teaching in a limited time,create context for learning content,and improve learning efficiency.(4)The results of the study showed that after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group had a total score of P = 0.001 <0.05 after the t-test,which showed that the micro-course had a significant effect on improving the total score of yoga theory and compared with the traditional classroom.Better results.In the technical evaluation results,the technical evaluation results of the experimental group were significantly better than the technical evaluation results of the control group,indicating that the integration of the micro-course into the yoga teaching can help students learn the style and complete the course assessment.(5)Through the feedback after the experiment,it is found that the micro-course has a positive influence on the students' interest in participating in yoga.The students have higher recognition of the length of the yoga micro-course,the teaching objectives and the difficulties,and the division of the knowledge points of the micro-courses.The reflection is good,and this teaching method is very certain.
