With the development of China's education,education has ushered in a profound change,physical education has become the focus of attention,sports have been widely carried out.Tennis has also entered a new era of development,various forms of tennis activities by the enthusiastic pursuit.As an important form of promoting tennis and improving teenagers' health,campus tennis is highly valued by the general office of the state council and warmly welcomed by all schools.It conducted in effectively carrying out on the basis of national education policy,according to different age stages of physical and mental characteristics,suitable for all ages of teaching load and content,not only can provide significant physical and mental development of adolescents to help,also can provide the cultivation of the young athletes with sustainable development.But in the actual implementation process,also exposed many problems.Teachers are the direct implementers of education and one of the main bodies of teaching activities.Among the many factors that affect and restrict the development of education,teachers are the most critical ones.Teachers' professional quality and professional level directly affect the realization of educational goals and objectives.Therefore,the development of the campus tennis must rely on the implementation of the campus tennis teachers,while the development of the campus tennis teachers put forward new requirements and challenges,how to improve the professional quality of the campus tennis teachers is an important problem in the development of the campus tennis.This article mainly aims at the primary and middle school campus of wuhan city tennis teacher's professional development strategy research,by consulting a large number of literature and interview to tennis expert inductive sort out the requirement of elementary and middle schools in wuhan city campus tennis teacher professional accomplishment,to tennis in campus 42 pilot schools in wuhan city research and analysis the present situation and problems of teacher's professional accomplishment,find out the influence factors of primary and middle school campus tennis teacher'sspecial field accomplishment in wuhan city,and put forward corresponding Suggestions.The main structure is as follows:1.This study firstly studies the requirements for the professional qualities of tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools.Through consulting a large number of literature,read books and analyses sports teachers' professional quality,and on this basis,carried out on the tennis expert interviews,sorting out the primary and middle school campus tennis teacher professional structure,determined the primary and middle school campus tennis teacher professionalism from professional cordiality,professional knowledge,professional ability of three dimensions for requirements.2.Based on the investigation of the current situation of campus tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools in wuhan,it is found that there is a gender imbalance in the proportion of male and female tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools in wuhan,and the age structure tends to be younger,with a good proportion of professional tennis teachers and a large proportion of external teachers.3.Through the investigation on the current situation of the professional qualities of tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools in wuhan,it is found that the professional qualities of tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools in wuhan still need to be improved.Primary and middle schools in wuhan city campus tennis teacher professional obvious lack of affection,although teachers basic receives the good education idea,but the teacher's professional attitude and ethics needs to be improved,teachers' work enthusiasm is not high,self-development consciousness weak,the lack of the fine quality of lifelong learning,in terms of model also needs to discipline yourself.The imbalance of professional knowledge is obvious,the situation of tennis professional knowledge is ideal,the teachers' professional knowledge is not optimistic.Primary and secondary school tennis teachers have a good grasp of professional ability,basic teaching ability and tennis skills,only the modern teaching ability is lacking.4.The professional quality of tennis teachers in primary and secondary schools in wuhan is affected by many factors.The main external factors include imperfectprofessional knowledge system,imperfect training system,low status,unguaranteed salary and imperfect assessment system.The main internal cause is teachers' lack of professional affective consciousness and lack of self-development motivation.All the factors influence each other and restrict the development of tennis teachers' professional quality.5.According to the current situation of primary and middle schools in wuhan city campus tennis teacher's special field accomplishment,by analyzing the influence factors,targeted put forward the following Suggestions: the government strengthening of primary and middle school campus tennis promotion,the teachers in primary and middle school campus tennis standard,reinforcement and innovation school tennis teachers' pre-service education,improve the tennis since the teachers' professional status and salary,optimize campus tennis teachers incentive and evaluation mechanism,primary and secondary school campus in the development of tennis teachers change the teaching idea,realize the independent development.
