Social Casework Intervention Of Improving The Resilience Of Distressed Children

With the rapid development of social welfare undertakings,the public's attention to the group of children in distress is increasing.The government has also made relevant instructions at the policy level to ensure the healthy growth of children in distress.The relevant rescue policies currently issued cover children in distress The needs of basic life,medical care,education,safety,etc.can guarantee the basic life of children in difficulty.However,it is difficult to provide detailed protection from the policy level for the mental health,interpersonal communication,and family status of children in distress.Therefore,it is necessary for professional social work to intervene to improve the problems of children in distress at the micro level.In this study,the author takes Z students in Beijing X elementary school as the research object,uses case work,and under the guidance of the theory of resistance,based on the practical assistance project of Beijing Chaoyang District precision assistance project,by providing professional services to the service objects,helping them improve resistance Force level.In the early stage,the participants were mainly collected using participatory observation and semi-structured interview methods.The adolescent psychological resilience scale was used to analyze the resistance of the clients,and the advantages were evaluated from the advantage perspective to explore their advantages.And resources to assess their problems and needs.Based on this,this article will concretely transform the resilience into five aspects: self-identity,family support,ability improvement,interpersonal communication,and social support.Based on this,a specific case study of resilience improvement will be carried out.Get involved.After the conclusion of the case,an effect evaluation was carried out.The evaluation conclusions showed that the resistance level of the service object had been improved to a certain extent.The effectiveness of this case activity is quite significant,but there is still a large gap with the expected results,there are still problems such as inadequate social work abilities,insufficient support received by schools,and difficult consolidation of service effectiveness.The author also briefly discussed this,and pointed out reflections on strengthening the self-determination of distressed children in services,strengthening the construction of social work in schools,and establishing a family,school,and community to provide a variety of subjects to provide resilience-enhancing services for distressed children.
