"The world is in the country,the country is at home,and the family is in the body." In the critical period of the development of a socialist well-off society with Chinese characteristics,the country's urbanization has developed rapidly,the urban population has been increasing,and the urban poor have received widespread attention from the state and society.In the second volume of Xi Jinping's Talks about Governing the Country,Comrade Xi Jinping elaborated on the issues of family,family education and family style and their mutual relationship.Through combing the literature,it is found that the existing research focuses on the theoretical and empirical research on parent-child communication,the reasons for the formation of urban poor families,the status quo of poor adolescents and related policy research,and the concern about the needs of parent-child communication within urban poor families.less.Therefore,this study combines the concerns of the author's internship program,and conducts a group work intervention study with urban poor families as the service target and parent-child communication as the theme.After literature review and field research,it is found that the poor families in the L community are subject to the objective level of parental education,economic and social support,and there is a problem of single communication,lack of understanding of emotional interaction,lack of communication skills and inconsistent communication methods in parent-child communication.To a certain extent,children in urban poor families are restricted in terms of child development,parent-child relationship,and family harmony.Under the guidance of Satir's communication model,the author tried to use the group work method to intervene in the parent-child communication problem of urban poor families.From the three perspectives of feeling perception,communication skills and communication methods,a total of 6group activities were designed to promote parent-child activities.Both sides perceive self-emotional feelings,learn communication skills,and improve and consolidate communication methods.Through the overall evaluation of the team's program design,implementation process,intervention effectiveness and follow-up services,the parent-child relationship has a certain change in parent-child communication,and learned some basic communication skills and methods,especially the parents' concept of parent-child communication.Great changes,and the use of consistent communication to express emotional feelings and expectations.Finally,the author reflects on the working methods of the group and the use of the Satir communicationmodel in the theme of parent-child communication in urban poor families.In this study,we try to apply the Satir communication model to the group work practice,which enriches the communication theory of Satir.The application of different research contents has provided new practical ideas for the parent-child communication group of urban poor families.However,this study still has limitations.Due to personal characteristics of the family,the author's time and energy,and other factors,the internal communication problems of each family are limited.The continuity of the parent-child communication group of urban poor families deserves further exploration.
