Abstract/Summary:
Parent-child communication is a process of exchanging information,expressing opinions and communicating emotions.The quality of communication affects the development of family members,the harmony of family environment and the effectiveness of family education.This thesis takes F community as the research site.Through investigation and interview,it is found that urban parents have such problems as short communication time between parents and children,using authoritative language to communicate,low emotional expression ability,and the need to improve communication skills,obtain peer support and enhance emotional management ability.In the literature review,the author learned from a large number of studies that there are more active in parent-child communication,and children are more willing to talk with their mothers.Under the guidance of the theory of Empowerment and Social Learning,this thesis takes urban mothers as the object of intervention to launch group professional intervention.In the early of the group,it focuses on the individual level of empowerment,stimulates the individual initiative of urban mothers,and changes the inappropriate communication viewpoint.In the middle,it makes urban mothers to learn the communication skills of PET,to improve the communication skills,and to promote the mutual assistance between urban mothers,so as to achieve the empowerment of individual level and interpersonal relationship level.In the latter,it makes urban mothers to consolidate learning outcomes,to strengthen acquisition behavior,to apply the gains,and to build an interactive support platform for them,so as to strengthen the overall empowerment of individual and interpersonal relationship.After practical exploration,this thesis found that urban mothers have high influence and appeal in parent-child communication,which stimulates the communication efficiency of the role of "mother" and can,to some extent,smooth the communication channels of the whole family,and improve the family communication environment.Finally,the author evaluates the results of intervention and professional reflection in whole practice,and discusses the advantages and limitations of this group intervention,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
