Social Casework Intervention In Poor College Student With Resilience Lift

With the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policies in China,more and more attention has been paid to poor college students.Since there are few studies specifically focus on the improvement of the resilience of poor college students,this paper,taking X college student in T community where the author practices as an example,is committed to the case study on the intervention of improving poor college students' resilience and enrich practical experience.This paper used semi-structured interview method and participatory observation method to collect datum.Meanwhile,by putting together datum and using People in the situation Theory came to the conclusion that X college student mainly existed cognitive dilemma,environmental dilemma,the relationship between human and environment dilemma.This paper also analyzed the main problems he faced.At the same time,by using Advantage Perspective Theory came to the conclusion that he has self-actualization advantage,family resources advantage,policy resources advantage and social resources advantage.In addition,through the measurement of CD-RISC scale and the estimation of the author,it was concluded that the student had weakened in external support factors,internal advantage factors and efficiency factors.Therefore,the author used the case work method to optimize his internal protective factors,set up his external protective factors,and found that his resilience was improved through the measurement of the scale.Thus,it was concluded that the intervention of case work is conducive to the improvement of resilience.Besides,this paper also puts forward that the countermeasures of casework intervention on improving poor college students' resilience is to focus on the localization of casework;Pay attention to resource integration;Establishing family support system and carrying out family counseling;Social workers need to continuously improve their professional quality.At the same time,it concludes that the three methods of social work should be used synthetically.Schools,families and communities should be interconnected.The community should vigorously cultivate community workers.
