| The aim of our country’s minimum life guarantee system is to guarantee social fairness and maintain social stability.Although the minimum living security system can to some extent alleviate the pressure on the survival of families with minimum living standards,to meet their short-term survival needs.But it can only provide the minimum security of living.Unable to meet the diversified needs of low insured households.So with the establishment of the urban minimum living security system in our count,the problem of urban subsistence children is becoming increasingly prominent.Because of the lack of resources and the lack of care,it may lead to the inferiority complex of the children of the minimum subsistence families,may have a negative impact on the physical and mental health development of the children,and even have a negative impact on the development of the society as a whole if the consequences are serious.So this group of urban subsistence children is attracting more and more attention from scholars.During the communication and interaction with the urban children with minimum security children,the author found that,although there are some differences between the in urban children with minimum security children and the normal families in the aspects of family economic status,parents’ health,etc.,But not all underprivileged children have a sense of inferiority complex,and some of them remain positive and optimistic about the challenges of life.Therefore,based on the theory of superiority,guided by the theory of nursing quadrilateral,and with the aim of raising the level of resilience of the children in urban low-subsistence families,this paper applies professional social work methods to help these children overcome their inferiority complex.Face the setbacks and challenges in life with a positive and sunny attitude.First of all,the author analyzed the level of resilience and its influencing factors of the children with low living standard in street b in l city by using the psychological resilience scale of adolescents.And analyzed the contributing factors of urban minimum living children’s resilience from four aspects: individual,family,school and peer group.Finally,the author adopts the group work method in the professional method of social work,through carrying out a series of related anti-adverse force promotion group activities,using all kinds of resources to create conditions forthe group members to enhance the resilience.Help them to give full play to subjective initiative,better achieve personal development.This study can enrich the development of social work theory in the field of urban minimum guarantee children from the perspective of theory and advantage.Starting from the practical research of social work,it can help the urban children to find their own advantages,to meet their diverse needs and maximize their rights.In order to help others to help self-help,to help low-level children to better achieve their own development. |
