In terms of ethnic education,it undertakes the task of preserving,spreading and inheriting the excellent national culture.The construction of bilingual teachers plays a vital role in the development of ethnic education,which is called "education is first in the plan of hundred years,which is also teacher oriented in education project".As an important part of the construction of bilingual teachers,the training to improve the quality of bilingual teachers is of great importance.However,the ethnic education in China,especially the bilingual education between ethnic language and Chinese,starts relatively late and develops relatively slowly,which still has the problems of insufficient number of bilingual teachers and low quality,and the cultivation of bilingual normal students in colleges and universities does not meet the actual needs.As a result,a thorough study of the main factors and mechanisms that affect the quality of bilingual education can promote the quality of bilingual teachers' training,promote the development of bilingual education between the ethnic language and Chinese,and raise the level of national education,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the contingent of ethnic minority talents.In recent years,the Northwest University of Nationalities has continuously combined with the requirements of the times,combined with its geographical and disciplinary advantages to train and transport a considerable number of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual front-line teachers and education administrators in minority areas,which has also achieved good social benefits.In this paper,it adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods,which is in line with social learning theory,competency-based theory and educational quality theory to carry out the study.As for the part of qualitative study,first of all,it is carried out through the literature analysis of teachers at home and abroad,the present situation of bilingual training quality and teachers,and the influencing factors of bilingual teachers' training quality,combined with the practice of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual front-line teachers in the basic education stage of Tibetan areas.At the same time,six main influencing factors are put forward after the consultation with experts,such as curriculum design,training paradigm,campus culture,teachers' accomplishment,the thinking ability towards science and learning attitude.After that,the quality of bilingual teacher training is redefined according to the exposition of bilingual education objectives and the practical demand of employers.Based on the above two aspects of discussion,the frame structure of influencing factors on the quality of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers' training is constructed in this paper.As for the part of quantitative research,it puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the quality of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers' cultivation and the six influencing factors on the basis of qualitative research in this paper,in which the initial questionnaire is designed and revised to form a formal questionnaire by item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability test.It will issue formal questionnaires to students majoring in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics(Tibetan and Chinese bilinguals)as well as Physics(Tibetan and Chinese bilinguals).Based on the correlation analysis and regression analysis,it is concluded that the six influencing factors of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers' training quality have a significant positive effect on the training quality.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for further improving the quality of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teachers' training in this paper through the discussion of descriptive analysis and difference analysis,which also points out the deficiency of the study and the prospect of study in the future.
