Coach training is one of the most important aspects of the competitive sports system.Under the background of innovative competitive sports development,coaches' knowledge supplement,training courses and self-learning ability are the key to improving their coaching ability,while coaching ability It directly affects the training of athletes and their level of competition,which has become the decisive factor in the development of competitive sports in China.Today,the competition between competitive sports in various countries is the competition of coaching levels in various countries.In recent years,China's competitive sports programs have made great progress,but the overall level of coaching ability of our coaches is not high,which has become a constraint for the development of competitive sports in China.This article takes Chinese coaches' teaching knowledge system and coaching ability as the research object,and uses sports training,sports psychology,management science and system theory as the theoretical basis,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to participate in 2017.The middle and senior coaches of the National Coach Science Training Series lectures are based on the research methods and achievements of coaching knowledge and coaching ability of domestic and foreign coaches,constructing the coaching knowledge index system of Chinese coaches and clarifying the coaches' knowledge and coaching.The relationship between capabilities.This research has two innovations: First,build a coaching knowledge system.According to the literature and materials,this paper puts forward the components of coaching knowledge in China,develops the coaching knowledge,refers to the title item,uses the exploratory factor analysis method to construct the coaching knowledge system of our country,and sorts it.Secondly,clarifies the coaching knowledge system.Relationship with coaching ability.The study has the following conclusions:1)As a place of origin for professional sports,the UK has extensive experience in the professionalization of coaches.From the perspective of coaching,the training of British professional sports coaches in the training of colleges and universities,the introduction of international advanced concepts,the emphasis on coach selection,the experience of going abroad and the determination of assessment criteria are the key to the training of coaches;From the perspective of coaching,the United Kingdom has a salary system,a high salary,a college-based university,a system of evaluationmechanisms,a systematic selection system,and a variety of curriculum content,which form a training system with coaches as the core.Therefore,from the perspective of the transformation model and evaluation mechanism cultivated by British coaches,the characteristics of their training are studied,and the perspectives of different levels of coaches in China are used to draw lessons from the perspective of the organization,and the organization's leading role in professional sports is played.2)The development of coaches in China has experienced five stages,namely the initial exploration period from 1949 to 1956,the initial establishment period from 1957 to 1965,the stagnation and tortuous development period from 1966 to 1976,and the adjustment from 1977 to 1985.Recovery period,rapid development period from 1986 to the present.At present,competitive sports are developing rapidly,and there is a need for professional and professional coaches.However,the training of coaches in China started late,and the training courses offered were based on a single theoretical teaching.They lacked the practicality and applicability of practice,and could not adapt to the“higher”,“faster” and “stronger” of modern sports..Therefore,it is particularly important to build a coaching staff knowledge system that is in line with international standards and suitable for the development of China's national conditions.3)At present,there is a lack of knowledge,lack of practice,and lack of training in the education of coaches in China,which leads to a low level of coaching in China.In the context of the internationalization of competitive sports,speeding up the coach's knowledge supplement,practice cognition,innovation consciousness and dedication is the key to the training of coaches in China.4)Chinese coaches' coaching knowledge is divided into general coaching knowledge and special coaching knowledge.General coaching knowledge is reading and writing,leadership and decision-making,sports human science,information statistics,nutrition and health;special coaching knowledge is special characteristics,winning rules,methods and training plans.Reading and writing are the most important general coaching knowledge of the coaches,followed by sports human science knowledge,leadership and decision-related knowledge,nutrition and health knowledge,and information statistics;coaches develop training plans are the coach's important special coaching knowledge.Then followed by special feature knowledge,winning rules and methods.5)The coaching knowledge system of Chinese coaches is the basic condition for improving the coaching ability of coaches.The coach's knowledge dimension acts onthe behavioral guidance,entry choices,innovative methods,etc.in the process of sports training,on the other hand,it also counteracts its own coaching.Increased ability.The coach's knowledge structure has a certain relationship with the coach's management ability,communication and coordination ability,planning and control ability,training and guidance ability,competition command ability,scientific evaluation ability,stress control ability and innovation research ability.
