Research On The Construction And Development Countermeasures Of The Coaching Knowledge Structure System Of Intercollegiate Basketball Coaches In My Country’s High Schools

Under the development trend of building a sports power and the integration of sports and education,campus sports has become the strategic focus of the development of national sports.As the main executor of school competition sports,campus sports coaches are guaranteed by their own coaching knowledge and ability.The key factor for the development of campus sports,strengthening the evaluation of the knowledge structure of intercollegiate coaches has greater theoretical and practical significance.This research mainly adopts literature data,questionnaire survey,Delphi method and entropy method,etc.,taking the construction of the evaluation index system of Chinese high school basketball coaches’ coaching knowledge as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation index system of Chinese high school basketball coaches’ coaching knowledge.The theoretical analysis and implementation of the construction are aimed at clarifying and understanding the knowledge structure of high school basketball coaches in China,and constructing a measurement tool that can be used to evaluate the knowledge structure of high school basketball coaches in China,and finally actively exploring and improving the coaching knowledge of high school basketball coaches in China Should be the path.The following relevant conclusions are drawn after research:(1)In accordance with the principles,methods,and procedures of the evaluation index system,and based on a reasonable theoretical basis,the Delphi method is used to construct 4 first-level indicators,which are basic knowledge,professional knowledge,interpersonal knowlege,and career development knowledge,and 10 second-level indicators.The indicators are information statistics knowledge,leadership and decision-making knowledge,special knowledge,athlete knowledge,sports science knowledge,social relationship knowledge,athlete and sports team relationship knowledge,coaching philosophy knowledge,lifelong learning knowledge,and professional ethics knowledge.30 three-level indicators,mainly based on sports team motivation knowledge,skills and tactics teaching and application,willpower and team spirit training knowledge,injury prevention and sports rehabilitation,complementary relationship between coaches and athletes,coaching philosophy,love and dedication,etc.as the main indicator.(2)The entropy method is used to determine the relevant weights of the evaluation indicators at all levels.One of the first-level indicators: basic knowledge 0.1802,professional knowledge 0.3759,interpersonal knowledge 0.1845,career development knowledge 0.2593.Secondary indicators: information statistics knowledge 0.2175,leadership and decision-making knowledge 0.7825,special knowledge 0.4731,athlete knowledge 0.1868,sports science knowledge 0.3401,social relations knowledge 0.1602,athletes and sports team relations knowledge 0.8398,coaching philosophy knowledge0.6066,lifelong learning knowledge 0.2666 And professional ethics knowledge 0.1268.Three-level indicators: sports team motivation knowledge 0.5101,skills and tactics teaching and application 0.2023,willpower and team spirit training knowledge 0.6303,injury prevention and sports rehabilitation 0.5095,complementary relationship between coaches and athletes 0.3694,coaching philosophy 0.5859,innovation and Practice 0.5225,dedication to work 0.5101,etc.are the more important three-level indicators.(3)Drawing lessons from the predecessors on the design and application of the relevant evaluation index system standard table for experience acquisition and learning of ideas,the "Chinese high school basketball coaches’ coaching knowledge evaluation standard table" was developed to measure the coaching knowledge of my country’s high school basketball coaches to make judgments Coaching knowledge level.The senior basketball coach Gao*yun from the Fuzhou Sports School in Fujian Province was selected to conduct an empirical study,and finally the coaching knowledge level of the coach was evaluated as “good”.(4)In order to effectively improve the coaching knowledge level of high school basketball coaches in my country,it is proposed to strengthen the guidance of the national macro education policy,improve the knowledge education and training service system;adhere to the guidance of coaching ability improvement,stimulate coaches’ knowledge and learning drive;implement comprehensive coaching knowledge Evaluation methods to ensure the quality of coaches’ knowledge education;improve the access system for coaches’ academic education,promote the connotative development of knowledge literacy and other related measures to ensure the long-term and healthy development of my country’s campus sports.
