The key competencies of students' development is one of the hot spots in education research nowadays.The cultivation of students' key competencies is the most important task in campus work.This study takes the key competencies of aerobics courses in colleges and universities of physical education as the research subject,and construct the core literacy system with the special characteristics of aerobics,so as to provide the core of aerobics in the future.The study of mental literacy or the core literacy of a specific sports event can provide theoretical reference.In this study,the key competencies of aerobics courses in colleges and universities is taken as the research object,and data collection and statistical analysis are carried out by using the methods of literature,expert interviews,Delphi,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The main task of the study is to construct two-level indicators of core competence of aerobics courses in colleges and universities.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The key competencies of aerobics special course refers to the essential character and key ability that students gradually form in the study of aerobics Special course,which has the special characteristics of aerobics and adapts to their life-long development and social development.(2)The key competencies of aerobics course in colleges and universities consists of three first-level indicators and nine second-level indicators.The first-level dimension category consists of three indicators: team spirit and consciousness,set creation and presentation,teaching guidance and practice.The second-level key competencies consists of overall situation consciousness,cooperation spirit,dedication spirit,action arrangement and competition.competition performance,physical fitness,special theory,teaching ability and competition organization constitute nine indicators.(3)The compilation and presentation of a complete set,teaching guidance and practice are more important in the first dimension category index of key competencies of aerobics special course;physical fitness,special theory and teaching ability are the highest score in the second level key competencies index of key competencies of aerobics special course,andtheir importance is higher.(4)Team spirit and consciousness are the highest scores in the students' self-evaluation,while the scores of creation and presentation,teaching guidance and practice are lower in the students' self-evaluation;among the scores of the second-level indicators,students' collaboration spirit,overall situation consciousness and dedication spirit are the highest,while the scores of special theory,sports physical fitness and competition organization are the highest.The lowest score.(5)In the cultivation of core competence of aerobics special courses,there are significant differences between students' actual competence values and experts' expected competence values in the compilation and presentation of complete sets,teaching guidance and practice;in the aspect of team spirit and consciousness,students' actual competence values are close to experts' expectation values,and there is no significant difference.(6)The overall situation consciousness is realized by strengthening learning,grasping the focus,making plans,organizing practice,summarizing and reflecting;the spirit of cooperation is realized through team building,goal setting,division of labor and cooperation,eliminating barriers;the spirit of dedication is realized by creating team atmosphere,cultivating team honor,teaching teachers by words and deeds;and the action arrangement is completed.Through single action design,combination action design,mobile route design,difficult action selection,transition and connection design,music selection and editing,complete action design and so on,competition performance is realized through performance training,performance in training,complete action rehearsal,simulated competition training,participation in competition performance,etc.Sports ability is realized through basic physical training,special physical training and special technical training;special theory is realized through theoretical teaching,technical teaching and independent learning;teaching ability is realized through basic theory and technical learning,teaching organization and application,leading exercise training,simulation teaching,club substitute class,etc.competition organization is realized by understanding competition procedure,activity planning and referee ability training.
