The ability of aerobics teaching is a basic teaching ability that aerobics students in colleges and universities must possess in the future.The level of aerobics can have an important impact on teaching effectiveness and quality.Physical education colleges shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating basic teaching talents.Therefore,research on the influencing factors of the formation of aerobics undergraduate teaching ability in physical education colleges can help promote the development of aerobics special teaching ability in sports colleges.This paper uses the literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the influencing factors of the formation of undergraduate teaching ability of aerobics undergraduate in sports colleges,from the aspects of students and teachers' own quality and curriculum setting.The method of analysis explores the factors that form the teaching ability of undergraduate students in aerobics in sports colleges,and draws the following conclusions:1.Student factors,teacher factors,curriculum factors and environmental factors are the main factors affecting the teaching ability of undergraduates in aerobics in sports colleges.The student factor includes the student's special theoretical knowledge level,special technical level,self-awareness,and motivation to learn aerobics.Teacher factors include the teaching ability of aerobics teachers,professional theoretical knowledge,special technical level,personal charisma and professional ethics.The curriculum setting factors include teaching internships,special course objectives,special teaching content,special time allocation and special assessment.Environmental factors include aerobics teaching environment and conditions,extracurricular practice opportunities,employment prospects,teacher-student relationship,and family environment.2.Student factor is the most influential factor in the formation of aerobics undergraduate teaching ability among the four main factors.Strengthen students' study of theoretical knowledge,so that they have strong self-awareness,good learning motivation and clear career planning to help students form teaching ability.3.Among the teacher factors,the teachers have higher teaching ability,special technology and theoretical knowledge level,good personality charm and professional ethics play a good guiding and promoting role in the formation of students' teaching ability.4.Among the curriculum setting factors,about 4 months of educational internship time can better consolidate and improve students' teaching ability,improve teaching design ability,explain ability,use teaching ability,teaching adaptability,and classroom organizational ability.It will help students to better complete the teaching work during the educational internship.5.Among the environmental factors,the school has a good atmosphere of aerobics,students actively participate in the practice of off-campus teaching,and a good employment concept has a positive impact on the formation of students' teaching ability.The four main factors interact and develop together,and the combination of teaching,training,practice,and environment promotes the formation of students' teaching ability.
