Ancient poetry is the treasure of Chinese literature and culture.It is a vivid display of the writer's thoughts and emotions,a practice and materialized form of life value.Teaching ancient poetry plays an important role in the overall development of students.However,the status of ancient poetry teaching is not optimistic.Tracing back to the source,it is possible to improve this status by changing classroom teaching methods,but many teachers have neglected important teaching materials.Based on poetry from Chinese textbook in the junior high school,the thesis applies the literature review,questionnaire,statistics and poetry stylistics to study teaching strategies of ancient poetry.The main part is six chapters.The first chapter is the compilation basis of ancient poetry of Chinese textbooks,which are compiled by the People's Education Department for junior high school.The chapter mainly has three aspects: First,the Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards proposes that the selection and teaching of ancient poetry should follow the unity of instrument and humanities.Second,the selection of ancient poetry in the textbook has suitable difficulty,mainly considering characteristics of the physical and mental development of junior high school students.The third is to analyze the reasons for the increase ancient poetry in textbooks,mainly from source to strengthen students' study of ancient poetry.The second chapter is the selection and writing style of Chinese textbooks for junior high school in the editorial department of the People's Education Department.The chapter mainly studies from two aspects: First,80 ancient poems are selected from the textbooks.There are61 poems and 19 Ci,which are characterized by rich themes and diverse genres.The second is to compare their writing styles between Chinese textbooks in junior high school by PEP editing and Chinese textbooks in 2013,and to explain their functions.It is expected that teachers can pay attention to its changes when using this new textbook.The third chapter is the selection and teaching investigation of ancient poems.Thischapter analyzes questionnaires issued by three junior high schools in Hanzhong city,and finds that both teachers and students can realize that ancient poetry has important value in education and aesthetics.However,the current status of teaching ancient poetry is not optimistic.For example,the accumulation of ancient poetry is not enough,basic knowledge is poor;the time of teacher' guidance to students to study ancient poetry is less;and ancient poetry creation is poor.The fourth chapter is teaching teaching principles and methods of ancient poetry in junior middle school.This chapter mainly studies from two aspects: One is to explore teaching principles of ancient poetry,namely,the principle of combination in-class and after-class,and the principle from appreciation to imitation to creation.The second is to give some examples in teaching ancient Chinese poetry strategies from chanting,knowledge of the law of the world,appreciation of ancient poetry,and key words in poem.The fifth chapter is about ancient poetry themes and teaching.The chapter mainly studies from three aspects: First,it proposes teaching ancient poetry strategies based on the principle of ancient poetry teaching.The second is to classify themes of ancient poetry in textbooks and to analyze the classification of requirements,some advantages and disadvantages of classification teaching.The third is to analyze characteristics of patriotic poetry,landscape idyllic poetry and frontier poetry in classification of ancient poetry themes and to propose corresponding teaching strategies.When teaching patriotic poetry,teachers should guide students to find out their feelings in proper place and restore writers' writing background.When teaching landscape idyllic poetry,students should feel artistic conception of landscapes and gardens.When teaching frontier poetry,it is necessary for students to see ancient poets' ambitions in their writings.The sixth chapter is teaching of ancient poetry style.The chapter is mainly from three aspects: One is the classification of ancient poetry genre,analyzes advantages and disadvantages of teaching classification,according to requirements of stylistic classification teaching.The second is to guide students to create a brief ancient poetry based on in-class and after-class teaching principle.The third is to give specific teaching strategies of poetry and Ci styles and teaching strategies are carried out.
