Investigation Of Heluo Basketball League Construction Under The Cooperative Development Perspective

This paper adopts literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and logic analysis,in Heluo area a representative part of the basketball training camp as the research object,mainly analyzes its fees and training,coaches,management mechanism of.In this paper,literature,interviews,questionnaires,on-the-spot investigation and logical analysis are used to investigate some representative basketball training camps in Heluo area,mainly analyzing their charging and training,coaches,management mechanism and other aspects.On this basis,under the guidance of synergy theory,the necessity,feasibility and basic model of the construction of Heluo Basketball League are theoretically explored.The study concluded that:(1)The development of basketball training camps in Heluo is in full swing,which has played a positive role in the basketball industry in the region.However,their development is still unbalanced and coordinated.Necessary adjustments should be made to standardize market order and meet the needs of sustainable development.(2)Heluo Basketball League refers to a cooperative relationship of mutual coordination,resource sharing,complementary advantages and benefit sharing,in order to achieve the common goal,the members of Heluo Basketball Training Camp combine their respective superior resources together,take coordinated development as the main idea,and form a pair of cooperative relationships through agreements and joint ways,with "cooperation and competition as the main factors".Win-win mode,to achieve all participants to create,share,win-win community of destiny.(3)In order to improve the management means of training camps,promote complementary resources and form strategic alliances,it is necessary to build Heluo Basketball League from the perspective of coordinated development.Because of good policies,laws and regulations,the leading significance of Heluo sports culture,the affirmation of relevant experts and leaders of training camps,and the advantages of training camps themselves,it is feasible to build Heluo basketball league.(4)The preliminary basic model of Heluo basketball league with its own characteristics includes the following points: first,clear nature and principles;second,reasonable selection of League members;third,effective operation of the league;fourth,clear organizational structure of the league;fifth,strict management methods of the league;sixth,firm aims and objectives of the league;seventh,clear core service content.
