Study On The Literature Reading Behavior Of Master Students Of Business Administration

The accumulation of knowledge is a long and continuous process that requires continuous reading and learning to gain knowledge and experience,thereby enhancing human ability to understand the world and transform the world.As an important means for people to accumulate knowledge and experience,the role of reading is self-evident.The graduate student group is a group of students with higher knowledge level and scientific research ability in colleges and universities.Good literature reading ability is very important for graduate students to complete professional study and engage in scientific research work.However,domestic research and research on graduate group literature reading is very limited.Even if some studies involve the reading behavior of graduate students,the professional nature of the graduate group itself is not considered enough,and the different characteristics of the majors are generalized,which leads to the conclusion of the research in guiding the specific professional graduate students to improve reading behavior.Therefore,the micro level observation and research for different disciplines is more realistic for the improvement of literature reading behavior.Based on the above reasons,this study selects master students of business administration as the research object,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the network of business administration master students in each university through questionnaires to understand the basic information and literature reading of business management master students.Motivation,reading schedule,reading style,reading habits,reading content,and fragmentation of reading.Finally,the analysis obtained several questions about the reading behavior of the literature: the utilitarianism of the literature reading is strong,the autonomy is lacking;the ability to acquire information and knowledge is lacking;the knowledge learning is not systematic,the literature reading is fragmented;the communication and thinking after reading Insufficient;the breadth and depth of reading are not enough.Finally,the research puts forward some suggestions for the problems in the literature reading of the master students of business management: learning to read autonomously;cultivating the ability to acquire information and knowledge;strengthening systematic reading;enhancing the exchange and feedback of reading;grasping the context of the subject,Scientific reading;enhance the breadth and depth of reading in this professional literature.
