Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Coordinated Development Of Sports Traditional Schools Under The Background Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration

The basic premise of this paper is "the 13 th Five-Year Plan of traditional Sports School" and the "Protocol on promoting the coordinated Development of Sports between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei",which is rooted in the requirements of the times and focuses on the grand goals.Taking the "Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei coordinated development" and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games as the turning point,through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and so on,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of the traditional schools of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei sports,and puts forward some solutions.The following conclusions are drawn:Traditional sports schools in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are in an orderly stage of development,mainly run independently,with funds mainly from the financial allocation,extensive project layout,the highest proportion of traditional schools at the district and county level,a high level of school-based textbook development,and a high rate of equipment reaching the standard.But the site equipment is scarce,the site open degree is low.The proportion of male and female students in the traditional school of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei physical education is 6 : 4,the proportion of the students attending primary school is highest,the proportion of training for1-2 years is the highest,the proportion of the non-movement grade is large,the students ' training motivation is wide,the training attitude is positive,and the training satisfaction is high,but the relaxation is not serious,the number of the students is less,and the level is low.The age structure of coaches in traditional sports schools of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is more reasonable,the coaches have higher educational background,rich teaching experience,low sports level of coaches,higher professional titles,single training types,less training subsidies,and lower satisfaction degree of coaches.The technical level and financial input of coaches in traditional sports schools of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are the factors that affect the generality of sports training effect in traditional sports schools of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports.The guiding ideology has a great influence on the training in Tianjin,and the attitude of parents has a great influence on the training in Hebei Province.Traditional sports schools in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have grasped the advantages of policies and regions,established management institutions,realized the sharing of educational resources,rationally utilized Internet science and technology,strengthened the construction of coaches' ranks,and improved the quality of training.To strengthen supervision and guidance with the support of national policies and funds;to strengthen the publicity of the league of social organizations;to share educational resources among traditional schools;to coordinate the distribution of projects;to carry out diversified operations.Coach regular training,communication;parents support school work;students develop interest,engaged in systematic training.
