Cheerleading began to sprout in China since 2000,already developed 17 years.now,Cheerleading has a strong force into the sports fitness project,has its own rules of the contest and game platform,has more relevant in the international and domestic events each year,pay attention to the crowd and more.In the campus,thedevelopment of the movement was deeply loved by students,not only strengthen students' physique,physical,still can make students edify sentiment,will quality,advocating collectivism spirit,become the carrier of campus culture,promote the construction of campus culture,to enrich the teaching contents of physical education and sports.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as in beijing-tianjin-hebei region sports colleges and universities,the development of movement and the development of strategy as the research object,is engaged in the teaching of teachers and learning,the students of as investigation object,and the beijing-tianjin-hebei region sports colleges and universities,the current situation of the development of students,teachers,and cheerleading teaching,training and competition and the development of the movement of surveyed the development of campus culture and so on.Through the analysis to the following conclusion:1,beijing-tianjin-hebei region cheerleading colleges and universities of the movement of the overall condition is good,but to carry out the style of sport is different,there are three schools opened the operating course,the rest 4 colleges and universities in the form of elective courses,community.2,sports colleges and universities of beijing-tianjin-hebei region cheerleading the teachers troop overall level is higher.But on age structure,academic structure to middle-aged teachers teachers,teachers frequently occur fault phenomenon,teachers' participation in training opportunities is less,the enthusiasm of teachers' participation in scientific research is not high.3,sports colleges and universities of beijing-tianjin-hebei region junior student participate in exercise enthusiasm high,more girls than boys,Learning motivation mainly improve cheerleading operation technical ability,improve the quality of the body;Browsing Cheerleading website and books information to understand now.4,sports colleges and universities of beijing-tianjin-hebei region cheerleading the teaching content to hold technical movement is given priority to;Cheerleadingtraining,most training takes the form of long-term training,workout;compete mainly dancemore;Incentive measures mainly credits reward,certificate and training allowance.5,influence of beijing-tianjin-hebei region sports colleges and universities development of cheerleading factors mainly include: school leadership attention degree is not enough;The lack of professional speaking teachers,media propaganda is not enough,the lack of the exchange of learning platform.6,sports colleges and universities of beijing-tianjin-hebei region's sport development strategy: school leaders attention,increase capital investment,perfect the training system,increases the chances of teacher training;Actively apply for Cheerleading star club;A high level sports team;regularly organize events,build a communication platform;Reference to the development of other sports.
