Reserarch On The Social Mobility Of Chinese Rope Skipping Trainers And Their Influencing Factors From 2007 To 2018

The research object of this paper is the social mobility of the rope skipping coaches in China from 2007 to 2018 and its influencing factors.The survey targets are the rope skipping coaches who took the team to participate in the “2017-2018 National Jumping Rope League”.The research methods used are Literature research method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,etc,through surveying the basic characteristics of China's rope skipping trainers,the social mobility characteristics of China's rope skipping trainers,the influencing factors of China's rope skipping coaches' social mobility,China's rope skipping coach The role of social mobility and the systematic analysis of the social mobility of rope skipping coaches in China,and in-depth investigation and summary of the political,economic,cultural and other aspects brought about by the social mobility of rope skipping coaches in China and the society of rope skipping coaches in China The main problems of the flow,further explore the trend of the future social mobility of the rope skipping coaches in China,aim to enrich and improve the theoretical system of rope skipping ropes,promote the scientific,rational and healthy development of the social mobility of the skipping coaches in China,and develop rope skipping for relevant management departments.Coach's various systems provide reference and Test,and play a guiding role in career planning skipping exercise practitioners coaches.This paper draws the following conclusions through research:1.The regional distribution of rope skipping coaches in China is uneven,the talent training system is still not perfect,the cross-industry flow is remarkable,the talent supply of excellent rope skipping coaches is insufficient,and the comprehensive ability of coaches needs to be improved.2.The political and policy environment,economic development level,region,culture,family and other factors in the development of China's rope skipping movement have an important impact on the social mobility of skipping coaches.In addition,the coach's own development needs,value orientation,cultural level,and coach's personality characteristics also play a role in the social mobility of skipping coaches.3.The main body of rope skipping trainers in China has gradually become younger,the scope of flow has been continuously expanded,the flow speed has been accelerating,relevant laws and policies have been improved,and theconstruction of rope skipping coaches has become more systematic.
