Based on the elementary school sports competition to carry out the current situation is not optimistic,according to the actual situation of elementary school and the student's development characteristic,this paper in the rope skipping competition as the breakthrough point of the university experiment research,through the change of rope skipping competition to the school,make the jump rope project conforms to the students' physical and mental development,improve the students' participation,implementing school-wide contest,for the school sports development to provide theoretical value and practical significance.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,investigation(including questionnaire survey and interview),experimental and mathematical statistical method.In order to understand the current situation of rope skipping competition in Fangbei primary school in Yuhua district,Shijiazhuang,a questionnaire survey was conducted on all teachers,students and parents before the experiment.The results showed that the current situation of rope skipping competition in Fangbei primary school was not ideal.Teachers,parents and students were not satisfied with the rope skipping competition,and their participation was low.For student physical quality test before and after the experiment(50 meters-race,crook proneness,one minute's rope skipping,one minute's sit-ups,50 m x 8 shuttle run),multiple intelligence test(visual spatial intelligence,body kinesthetic intelligence and interpersonal intelligence)and team cohesion scale test to get the complete data,and using Excel2016,SPSS20.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:(1)In the comparison of students' physical indexes before and after the experiment in Fangbei primary school of Yuhua district,Shijiazhuang,there was a significant difference between level-1 students' 50 m running(T=2.137,P<0.05)and one-minute rope skipping(T=-10.396,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the 50-meter run(T=1.991,P<0.05)and one-minute sit-ups(T=-2.098,P<0.05)of level two students,and there were significant differences in the one-minute rope skipping(T=-7.733,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the level 3 students' 50-meter run(T=2.152,P<0.05),one-minute sit-up(T=-2.031,P<0.05),50-meter x 8 shuttle run(T=2.047,P<0.05),and one-minute rope skipping(T=-5.640,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the anterior flexion of the three levels(P > 0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in students' body kinesthetic intelligence(T=-2.342,P<0.05)and interpersonal intelligence(T=-2.237,P<0.05).There were significant differences in body kinesthetic intelligence(T=-2.407,P<0.05)and interpersonal intelligence(T=-2.532,P<0.05).There was significant difference in body kinesthetic intelligence(T=-2.329,P<0.05),but no difference in interpersonal intelligence(P > 0.05).There was no difference in spatial intelligence among students at the three levels(P > 0.05).(3)In the comparison of team cohesion before and after the experiment,there was a difference in team cohesion among level-1 students(T=-2.574,P<0.05).There was a significant difference in team cohesion among level two students(T=-3.714,P<0.01).There is no difference in team cohesion among level 3 students(T=-1.655,P>0.05).(4)After the experiment,according to the interview method,under the circumstance that all primary school students participated in the rope skipping competition,a good extracurricular physical exercise atmosphere was created in Fangbei primary school of Shijiazhuang.At the same time,this experiment also laid a good foundation for the spread of rope skipping project in the campus.Conclusion:(1)The participation of all primary school students in rope skipping competition has a positive impact on improving students' physical quality,physical kinesthetic intelligence,interpersonal intelligence and team cohesion,but has a small impact on visual spatial intelligence.(2)The participation of all primary school students in rope skipping competition can activate the extracurricular physical exercise atmosphere,increase the class cohesion,and enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise.
