As the reserve force of competitive sports,the level of juveniles' ice and snow sports skills is related to the overall competitiveness of the country in the Winter Olympic Games.In order to realize the goal of "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports" and improving the physique and competitive level of juveniles,the state vigorously promotes the construction of the Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools.The level of job satisfaction of PE teachers in Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools is related to the teaching quality of ice and snow events and the stability of ice and snow teachers.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the job satisfaction of PE teachers in this kind of schools in order to alleviate the shortage of ice and snow teachers and improve the quality of ice and snow education.The main body of this study consists of four parts.The first part analyzes the background and significance of the construction of the Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools,secondly introduces the distribution and characteristic items of the Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools in Harbin,and finally introduces the situation of PE teachers in this kind of schools.In the second part,through the statistics and arrangement of the investigation data,we can understand the general state and the difference on satisfaction as well as the satisfaction at different aspects of the PE teachers in this kind of school.The third part analyzes the restrictive factors of PE teachers' satisfaction from four aspects: working conditions,interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,and promotion development based on the results of the previous part of the survey.The fourth part is based on the previous part of the analysis of the constraints,from four aspects:working conditions,interpersonal relations,salary and welfare and promotion development,putting forward the strategy of improving the level of the PE teachers' job satisfaction.By investigating and visiting the PE teachers of the Ice and Snow Characteristic Schools in Harbin,realising the present situation and restricting factors of the job satisfaction of PE teachers in this kind of schools,which can be used for reference for the construction of ice and snow teachers.
