Study On The Optimization Of Resource Allocation Of Campus Football In Primary Schools Of Shijiazhuang

Football ranks first among the world’s sports and is deeply loved by people.The number of football fans in China has already exceeded 100 million.Football is a kind of sport that combines personal confrontation with tactical cooperation.Football originates from China,but the modern football starts late in our country.China’s football population is much smaller than that of other football powers,which has a lot to do with the training mechanism of football reserve talents in China.In 2009,the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Notice on the Development of National Youth Campus Football Activities.The purpose of campus football activities is to encourage students to take an active part in physical exercise,enhance students’ physical fitness,increase the number of young people participating in football activities,and cultivate reserve talents for Chinese football.Therefore,campus football is of significant importance to Chinese football.The allocation of resources is an important factor that determines the development of campus football activities.Therefore,a reasonable allocation of various resources of campus football is very important for the development of campus football activities.Currently,there are 84 primary schools specialized in campus football in Shijiazhuang.According to the number of those schools in Chang’an District,Yuhua District,Xinhua District,Qiaoxi District and various high-tech districts in Shijiazhuang,42 primary schools specialized in campus football were selected as the research objects.The methods of literature research,investigation,and mathematical analysis were adopted.This paper conducted investigation in terms of allocation of human resources,allocation of financial resources,allocation of material resources,allocation of information resources and allocation of time resources in schools specialized in campus football.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the allocation of campus football resources in Shijiazhuang.Based on the experience of other cities and the actual situation of Shijiazhuang,some optimization measures are proposed for the allocation of primary schools’ football resources in Shijiazhuang.Through the investigation and research on the allocation of resources in primary schoolsspecialized in campus football in Shijiazhuang,the following problems are found:1.The number of professional football teachers in primary schools specialized in campus football in Shijiazhuang is insufficient.PE teachers have lower scientific research ability and few training opportunities.2.Equipment and facilities are not perfect,and the area for training is insufficient.3.The funds for campus football activities are insufficient,and the source channel has yet to be diversified.4.The effort of media publicity is not enough,and the information resources of primary schools specialized in campus football are insufficient.5.Students don’t have enough time to play football.
