The teachers of independent colleges and universities are the backbone of training high-level talents for the construction of the motherland.They play a very important role in promoting the progress of science and technology in Our country and driving the innovation of science and technology.For the faculty members of independent colleges,salary is the affirmation of their labor achievements and the fundamental guarantee of their living standard.Teachers' satisfaction with the final salary is directly related to teachers' recognition of the institution they belong to,and the establishment of their sense of belonging also depends on the salary to a large extent.Therefore,more and more colleges and universities regard salary satisfaction as an important criterion to measure the salary management level of a school.At present,the satisfaction degree of the independent colleges and universities in J province is generally low.If the degree of satisfaction is not high enough,there will be two unfavorable factors for an institution.On the one hand,a low level of salary satisfaction is not conducive to the full mobilization of teachers' enthusiasm in the school and the work efficiency cannot be guaranteed.On the other hand,it cannot provide advantages for colleges and universities to recruit more excellent talents to supplement the teaching team.In view of these two reasons,improving the salary satisfaction degree among the teachers of independent colleges in J is conducive to the upward development of the follow-up higher education system in J province.This article is mainly based on the J province 5 independent institute,based on the questionnaires 5 independent colleges,learn for existing in teachers' compensation standard of satisfaction,and based on these research,data collection,to apply Spss21.0investigation of these data with statistics software and comprehensive analysis of the system.The factors that affect teachers' judgment are summarized and analyzed by means of one-way an OVA and cross-table analysis.Through data analysis,it can be known that teachers differ in age and professional title,which leads to different levels of satisfaction with the current salary system.In independent institutions,there is a correlation between the specific teaching time of teachers and their salary satisfaction degree which is not for economic reasons.Meanwhile,the professional title,actual income,expected income,external salary comparison and other aspects also have a decisive relationship with the salary satisfaction degree of individual teachers.Amongthem,the fairness in teachers' mind is the key factor affecting the salary satisfaction degree,followed by external fairness,professional title,actual income and other influencing factors.Therefore,through the study of this paper,it can be found that independent colleges and universities need to take external,internal,personal fairness,specific office environment and other factors into consideration when setting the salary standard for teachers.According to the final data analysis results,combined with relevant professional knowledge such as incentive theory and performance-related salary increase theory,this paper tries to put forward feasible countermeasures to improve teachers' salary satisfaction,including improving teachers' salary standard and optimizing the existing performance appraisal system.
