With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level,a large number of rural surplus labor force continues to pour into cities.However,due to the limitations of educational level and skill level,the employment channels are limited,and they can only spontaneously rush to the streets,which forms a part-time job market.This transaction method in the odd job market is widely welcomed because of its low cost and convenience.Because of this,the part-time job market is widespread in the major cities of the country,each city has several or even more than a dozen spontaneously formed part-time job market.However,the efficiency of job hunting in the part-time job market is very low.Sometimes the workers can not find a job for several days.They also suffer from wind,sun and rain.At the same time,employers can hardly find workers who are really suitable for themselves in a short time.And most of the part-time job market at the intersection of the city's main roads or busy areas,and obstruction of traffic has also affected the image of the city,to the local public order to bring hidden dangers.Therefore,to explore an effective way to solve the problem of urban part-time jobs has become a task facing the current government,which also makes the relevant research on the part-time job market has important practical value.Firstly,on the basis of systematically combing and analyzing the relevant research theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of the part-time job market,and adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the current operation status,existing problems and development factors of the part-time job market.According to the investigation,the main problems in the part-time job market are that the information of both parties is not transparent,the service quality or rights and interests are not guaranteed,and the employment legal risks exist.The fundamental reasons for the problems are that there are no other suitable employment paths,the government departments are not well managed and guided,and the part-time workers are not skilled enough to find.Suitable work.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward the operation mode of OTO in the part-time job market based on the Internet thinking.It adopts the mode of "sharing talents",integrates and shares resources,completes the precise link of "demand and service",realizes the one-stop mobile service platform of instant employment and happy work,and establishes the trust relationship.The implementation steps of resource linking and information collation are carried out to realize the transparent and efficient operation of market transaction information.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions from three aspects:strengthening the guidance of administrative forces to play the role of non-governmental organizations,strengthening the supervision of labor market,improving the legal aid system,improving the skills training and identification system,and improving the quality of labor export.In the course of the study,this paper adopts the method of field investigation,combining qualitative and quantitative research,combining theory with practice.The research results enrich the current research on the odd work market,and provide a certain basis for the government departments to practice the mode of the odd work market.It has important theoretical significance and a certain fact.Practice value.
