With the rapid development of society and the constant advancement of educational reform,teachers are endowed with higher and higher expectations,and the occupational pressure of teachers has become a social issue of widespread concern.Excessive professional pressure will have immeasurable negative effects on teachers' body and mind,which will also permeate into teachers' daily work,and even have negative effects on teaching and students' healthy development.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of teacher occupational stress to find out the main sources of teacher occupational stress.Based on the actual work of teachers,this study took primary school teachers in three schools in Shenyang as subjects,investigated the influencing factors of the occupational pressure of primary school teachers through interview and questionnaire survey,and searched for effective ways and measures to reduce the occupational pressure of primary school teachers.The results show that in the three schools investigated in this study,the occupational stress of primary school teachers is greater.Besides,the factors that have a greater impact on the occupational pressure of primary school teachers are career expectation,student factor and work load,while the factors that have a smaller impact on the occupational pressure of primary school teachers are family interpersonal relationship,self-development need and examination pressure.In the end,this study puts forward some countermeasures to the main factors affecting the occupational stress of primary school teachers:Establishing reasonable expectation of teachers and improving economic treatment;Strengthen effective home-school communication,and gradually improve their own ability;We will improve the arrangement of teacher hours and cut back on formalist activities.
