Research On The Construction Of Chinese University Think Tank From The Perspective Of Cultural Soft Power

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the construction of think tanks,clearly proposed the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.and promoted the construction of think tanks to the height of national cultural soft power.This provides a rare opportunity for the development of University think tanks,and also puts forward higher requirements.From the theoretical perspective of cultural soft power,this paper focuses on discussing the relevant theories and practical ideas of the construction of think tanks in Chinese universities.First of all,the mission of cultural construction and development in the new era is to enhance cultural soft power,and the construction of University think tanks is undoubtedly an important way to enhance cultural soft power.Secondly,from the perspective of cultural soft power,the construction of think tanks in Colleges and universities should take"role orientation","path selection" and "system guarantee" as the main connotations.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the construction of think tanks in Chinese universities and drawing lessons from international experience,this paper puts forward three practical ideas to promote the construction of think tanks in Colleges and universities from three dimensions:first,based on China's national conditions,defining the role of think tanks in Colleges and universities;second,focusing on collaborative innovation.exploring the path of the construction of think tanks in Colleges and universities;third,focusing on the top level;The design provides a system guarantee for the construction of University think tanks.
